This is a wonderful O'Reilly's location. Most of the employees are knowledgeable and patient, and they even took the time to help me find an aftermarket air filter that fit my dirt bike. While they are paid to assist customers, their help went above and beyond.

I go here many times and no mater who helps me it is always with a smile and great help. This includes me calling. I noticed my car was starting to have slow starts. I called and talked to Moses. He told me to come right on in that. They test batteries, starters alternators, which made me happy I came in. Moses was busy. Joe helped me and Joe was amazing as it turned out. It was my battery. He changed my battery which isn’t easy on my car, but he didn’t no complaint and did it with precision and once that was done, he tested my alternator and starter. Of course, the settings in my car was difficult. He even helped with that. Six months ago I had bought brakes and they were a little too cheap. The squeak was horrendous. They covered my warranty and exchanged the brakes for a better set and I just had to pay the difference. The store is great. The whole crew is amazing and I thought they deserved. Excellent reviewthank you O’Reilly auto parts.

Yesterday evening I went to the store on Cheyenne hoping to find touch-up paint for my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I wasn't sure if they carried paint for a 16 year old vehicle. Store employee Marisela Figueroa showed me how to find the paint info on the inside of my front door. The information there wasn't really enough to find the exact color, but with the help of employee Moises Lomeli Jr. we were able to find what I needed to do the job. Both employees spent a lot of time with me looking up information on the internet and choosing the best options with the little information we had to work with. I'm really fortunate you have great dedicated and helpful employees in your store and I plan to return for future needs. 🙂Thanks!!

I went in to get a few parts for my AC compressor that went out. I really had no clue what I needed, just had a list that my mechanic gave me to get. The gentlemen at the desk was so nice and helpful. They didn't make me feel foolish, as sometime you do as a female walking into an auto store with no automobile knowledge. I am so appreciative of how helpful and nice everyone was. Will definitely be my go to for when I need to go. Will recommend to everyone I know. Thank you for your kindness.

Just wanted to put in a review about my experience with Oreillys Auto parts on W. Cheyenne in Las Vegas . Marisela helped me several times that day Friday June 21 . She scoped my car for free . She figured out right away what I needed and the part . She told me it was an easy job. She was so friendly and Kind . I am from Connecticut . People are very kind there . I thought I was back in Connecticut . Marisela is definitely my go to person at OReillys .She sold me a battery too and cleaned the posts . Her help and honesty put me at ease . Marisela was amazing! True definition of excellent customer service. I came in today to purchase oil for my vehicle. I was unsure on how much oil I should put in. I like how she voluntarily came outside to assist me. I can tell how genuine she was. Thank you! If I'm ever in need, I will definitely return to this location.

Great place for your car needs and the service is spectacular. Collin was excellent with checking out the car's battery, finding out it was bad and not something else. He was then very friendly with the sale of the new battery and very professional and clean with the installation. Definitely hit this place if your in the area and need something.

I went into this store yesterday night to purchase a headlight bulb for my vehicle.. so far so good and I purchased the bulb. The bald guy at the counter who was helping me during our interaction kept staring at me up and down.. and as I was walking out of the store I noticed in the reflection of the window he was staring at my back side, plain as day. Definitely not a comfortable environment as a woman being by herself late at night.. Luckily there were other customers in the store.. I probably will not come back to this location as I felt extremely disrespected and vulnerable.

Thomas was absolutely amazing. Very helpful, great customer service skills, and prior phone call answers were great decision makers. This store continually has most parts for almost any make or model. The store is well stocked and always clean. I would recommend this location for anyone needing parts and accessories. Went for windshield wipers because, it had been about 4 years since I replaced them, and they were falling apart. They had a special on BOGO for Bosch. I bought those and I'm very confident I will have useful windshield wipers for the next 5 years.
