It’s crazy cold right now! My battery froze up and wouldn’t even take a jump! Spent the past few hours getting triple AAA to come get the car started- once started I went straight to Oreillys on West Court street in Janesville- WILL (not sure if that’s his name 1/20 around 1:15pm) was HORRIBLE! Although they state changing batteries is one of their services- which I was in dire need of Will let me know he was not interested in getting his fingers cold and would not provide the service- this location should be closed down and he needs a different position as he is far to soft to be working with the public or with his hands. I than drove to the location on Milton and Jaydin saved our day!!!!! He promptly changed the battery with no hesitation and did so thoroughly!!!! I gave him $50 as I know that cold air was rough!! FIRE WILL AND CLOSE WEST COURT THEY ARE TRASH!

Needed a scraper for the inclement weather the next day.. as a last minute purchase, they still had a large selection, even marked down..

On the two visits that day they sold me the wrong parts twice. Their parts inventory is a mess.

I was in your store this morning I was the only customer there I needed a brake light tail light fixed me being one person I could not see if the brake light was on when I push the pedal I simply asked the girl behind the desk if she could come out and tell me if my brake light was working or not I did not ask for any help but to know if my tail light was working and she told me straight out no she could not go out for those 10 seconds she was rude I am a return customer to O'Reilly's I I will refer anybody in anybody that listens to this story To go to AutoZone because I got the professional help I needed right there simply two blocks up the street

Easily the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I forgot to get the workers name, but he was the only one working on 6/28/23 150 pm ct. I bought a battery and had it installed. Same gentleman who sold me the battery also did the installation and was helping other customers during the installation. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

I couldn’t believe that the guy working treated me the way he did after I bought items from this location. It’s unreal how someone will treat you and tell you how to do something with items that is not there’s. After I was there I was told I couldn’t transport the new part the exact way I transported the broken part. You’re there to help me with new parts. Not tell me how to transport my items!! Stay with helping not doubting or telling people what your limits are in this life. I think I got this! Tip: Just treat others how you want to be treated and love others as you love yourself.

I keep my vehicles going with mainly Oreilly parts. Lots of inventory and good prices. If they don't have it in stock, they can usually get it in a day or two.

INCOMPETENT people. Told them I wanted a BRAKE LINE not brake hose and so they ordered a hose anyway! Didn't care I had a part number for another thing and they ended up ordering the wrong part! Third time the guy didnt know how to do an online order! NEVER AGAIN.
