Went there to get a battery, Royce was very professional and helpful, Went back to return my core and got Melissa and she was very rude and unprofessional. I have been going to this store for years. I think I'll find somewhere else to spend my money.

Bought 200$s of stuff to repair my tire . Jack came without tool to leverage a lift. Tried to tell the people and they shrug their shoulders. I even asked if they had anything to help me drop my spare since my work truck was not equipped at the time with the tool. I understand that you can’t help everyone but dang it was pooring rain and i was 4 hours from my house at 830 pm at night . THANK GOD FOR AUTOZONE DOWN THE STREET THEY HELPED ME REPLACE MY TIRE .

The customer service was excellent. I had trouble finding a lugnut key and had to go back and exchange the first one. The gentleman that served me was just super nice and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help me!

My battery died and they tested it for free. Amazing service. Battery replacement was pricey but that’s not their fault
