This auto part store offers military discounts for those with a valid ID. We went in for an exhaust manifold gasket, and it was available after asking the friendly associates. The place was very neat, and the parking lot was just redone. We will be continuing to shop here.

We went to look around for accessories for our new 2024 jeep and a battery for Suzuki forenza and pay for oil. We wanted to pay and ask for price on battery but the cashier Alonso by his name tag kept cutting my husband off and said no not yet until I give price, treated us like idiots my husband went to school for mechanics and I'm a mail carrier horrible customer service we didn't deserve treatment. Ordered parts for same day pickup. Store failed to have them ready by end of day. Wouldn't even answer the phone. Found the same parts on Amazon at a lower price and the local Amazon delivery brought it at 5am. Parts were installed before the oreilley store opened.

Becky is a blessing, when nobody else would help me, she came to the rescue and installed my battery for my Honda. I'm driving across country and without her i would of been stranded. Please give Becky a raise!

I been a Client for this store for more than 5 years.The store used to run it jesus and Mike smart guys and knowledgeable on their job site! Todays people donât know anything.. itâs been very hard for our shop to get things done because they always give us the wrong parts .
