Friendly staff, most parts in stock at the store, and quick shipping if needed. The employees at the north Santa Fe store are a good group of guys. You can't go wrong working with them. I enjoy my visits when picking up parts.

Cashiers are able to adjust price on items. Had to return a set of brake pads twice even though I specifically showed them which ones I needed. The first time was no hassle. The second time was rear brake pads and the price difference was 35 bucks. When I returned the more expensive brake pads because they weren’t the right ones, the cashier showed me a different one and made it sound like he was gonna give me the item for free since I had to make another trip there. He didn’t give me the item for free, he just swapped the items with no refund. Stupid me was happy about a free item until I was on the road, thought about the transaction and what it showed on the receipt. Cashier made the price of the cheaper brake pads the same as the other one I returned (a difference of 35 bucks).

Went to get a new headlight. Got the headlight and asked if they could replace it for me, the worker sighed and came outside looked at my car and said no. This was super upsetting because it says they offer installation online. Went home and taught myself how to change it. Can’t tell if the worker was just lazy, rude, or didn’t know how. Giving 2 stars because I learned a new skill in the process.

As a single female, many auto places aren't great to deal with. However, this store has taken great care of me, offering products and reliable advice without being snarky or rude or underhanded. I highly recommend this place to all my friends!!

Counter guy was very helpful. Part was for a totally non-standard hotrod, but we were able to find a correct part by looking at catalog descriptions rather than applications.

Jason and Trevin are AMAZING!!!!!!!! I needed help taking off and replacing the cap to my coolant tank. It was not an easy fix. Jason and Trevin went above and beyond to help me!!!!! Words can’t explain how grateful I am to these two!!! Thank you guys so much. 😊
