I have bought a part first he told me he can return it but now he is saying there is small scratch on it. Even though I didn't use it. I don't recommend at all to come here.

Went in this morning to get my battery checked. Instead of just saying the battery was bad and needed a new one, he went above and beyond in my opinion. He cleaned it and really educated me on everything. After it was over he Informed me that I should have a warranty on my battery if I take it back to the place I got they should be able to just replace. I’m very appreciative to him because he could have just tried to convince me to get a battery from them but instead he kept my best interest in mind and as a woman I appreciate that. After I got my battery switch out at the other I had to back to just get his name an again.

Five stars isn't enough! I was able to find a replacement on my battery terminal and get get a new battery with excellent service and got help with battery installation. I highly recommend!

Colton went above and beyond to help me out yesterday when it came to getting my battery changed in my vw. He was patient, knowledgeable and kind enough to teach me a few things about my vehicle for any future issues. Cannot say enough about this guy really taking his time to help me out during a really stressful situation.

I stopped by today to get a battery and I failed to get the associates name, but he was tall, with curly dark hair and glasses. He was handling all the customers like a pro. Getting people checked out, answering the phone and even squeezed in a battery change for us. It's so refreshing to experience this type of customer service. You just don't come across it much anymore.

Everything was good. First person that attended me was nice. But I could tell he didn't want to be in the sun. I didn't like that he kept trying to tell me to go to another orileys. Like dude I'm trying to do everything here. My battery died in the parking lot. Sergio was his name good guy just not helpful . But the reason I'm giving 5 stars is because Allison actually helped she put my battery in for me. She is also super nice and did it for me. I'm embarrassed that I couldn't do it myself. But I learned as she did it. The other guy said I needed to remove the CPU. Not true then I asked him for a jump and he started attending other customers. The manager even came out and said yeah we'll change the battery for you. That's when Allison saved my day thank you so much.

Tried to return a part that I had bought literally one hour before and had not used, but they wouldn’t take it. He said it looked like there was “months of dirt and grime,” however you can see from the photo that it looks brand new. He basically implied that I lied and tried to return a used part. I will not be coming back. I used to like them because they were really nice, but they’re not helpful anymore and not getting any more of my business. Would not recommend coming here.

After leaving an incompetent Autozone with a bunch of skids I mean kids who didn’t want to work I thankfully came to a more than competent O’Rileys and they were able to change my battery out. Imagine being lazy to remove a bolt. Thank you guys! Shoutout to Ashton and Murph!
