Ron and staff were very knowledgeable, patient, professional and provided great customer service. I commend Ron and team for their exceptional service. Their knowledge, attention to detail and dedication to replacing my windshield wipers and helping me order another part I needed for my car greatly contributed to a superb experience!! Thank you all!! Store is also very clean and well organized.

Adam had such diligence and determination to ensure my needs were met. He and Anthony both were polite and helpful. On the other hand the Store Manager, is the complete opposite of these two men. The manager is unprofessional and discourteous to customers. He does not care about others at all. He is rude. He would not allow the two gentlemen to finish replacing my headlight(s) by informing them to back away from what they were doing while they were in the middle of the job! I firmly informed and reminded him that as a professional, he should have at the very least allowed them to put the parts back together as they were instead of telling them to stop and "back away" from what they were currently doing! Clearly, he does not appreciate his employees or anyone for that matter. Not long after, he sent one of the employees back out to convey they could go ahead and finish the job. He is rude and lack the skills and knowledge that his position requires. .

This location is managed and operated by incompetent, knowledge lacking, bottom tier people. Save yourself the time and go to advanced, napa, or auto zone. Each one is better than this oreally (spelled the right way) location. What a joke.

All the employees their don’t know what they are doing half the time if they even do have employees by the counter and the ones that are their don’t listen properly or just don’t choose to listen when you give them most of the info for what you are trying to find over all just go to advanced across the street
