Great and honest auto repair shop! I had my car and daughter’s car serviced for oil changed and state inspections. Service was quick. They suggested some recommendations that needed service soon but no pressure like other auto repair shops. Very nice and friendly service. I highly recommend them.

Bought my car new 8.5 years ago. The Team at Oregon replaced the struts and complete assembly and my car has never driven so smooth. Thanks again guy. My husband will be bringing his truck to you all soon for some ABS light on. Talk to you soon

From the moment I walked in until the end of my visit, everyone was very professional and friendly. The person (forgot his name) even offered to put air in my tires after he did my inspection. This was not my first time here. We will return.

I came for an oil change, but I got so much more than that after speaking with the owner while the vehicle was being serviced. Not only was the servicing fast, the amazing chat made it seem like a lot shorter. I caught them about 30 minutes before closing, but I didn’t feel rushed or like I needed to come back. Wonderful, knowledgeable, polite owner and staff. My only complaint was the oil change notification was still on, but my vehicle is much older so it wasn’t that great of a deal. I will return for future servicing. Thank you✨

Had a little mishap where it looked as if a clamp had broken from my muffler on my 2021 Cadillac Xt5 and i dropped in , in a panick, and immediately James check the car, looked up and found the part, ordered it that was at about 10 am, i was able to go to work and bring the car back had it done about 2 oclock that day... and it only took them about 10 minutes! Thanks

My car was making unfamiliar noises so I decided to give Oregon a try. The owner was kind enough to drive me home instead of me calling an Uber to get home while I waited to hear back on what the issue was. They found the issue and while it was not cheap, they did a great job and I received my car back the same day. I would recommend Oregon on Jones Rd.

I had a big emergency one morning & Mr James was so nice as well as his mechanics and the front team they worked with me got me in same day repaired my vehicle they really saved my day that morning. My experience was phenomenal. So I've always taken my BMW to the dealer to get fixed. I love to go there because of the customer service that is provided. I drove by Oregon and saw a BMW certified specialist flag so I was like why not. I drove up and noticed that they had cars in the bay area and it was very neat and clean. When I walked in, everyone greeted me. It was like I walked into C'C's pizza. They were happy to see me. That was a first for an automotive shop. I explained my issue and quoted me the diagnostic price. It was very reasonable and they shuttled me to my location. I already felt like I was at the BMW dealer because that is exactly how they treat me. They called me with the issue and asked if I wanted to get it fixed and of course I said yes. Then they offered me a loaner because it was going to take a few hours and they were closing for the day. that was another plus and that is the same service I get from the BMW dealer! I was so happy. My car was ready the next day as they promised and they suggested some other items I needed to get done and for a fraction of the cost, so I let them fix that as well. I was so thrilled with the customer service and now that my car is fixed. It was so stressful driving my car around not knowing what was wrong with it, but even stressful trying to find the time and a great honest mechanic that would fix it and not break the bank or try to scam me. Im happy that I found them! It's hard to find good mechanics these days so when you find them, hold on to them.
