This is our second encounter with Ooroo and this time we did a mobile oil change. Frank was absolutely amazing to chat with for scheduling. He was so patient with me as I didn’t have all of the information he needed at that moment. Now to our oil change itself, Logan came out and was extremely professional and on time!! As this was our first time doing the mobile oil change, he kindly explained the process to me and he was done in less than 30 minutes. He aired my tires up and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary! I ended up deciding after this incredible experience with the scheduling department and with Logan, I would upgrade to the membership which saves so much money! Request Logan and you won’t regret it!!

Reviewing this a bit late, but my jeeps transmission stopped working in like August 2022, and OOROO kept it until May or June 2023. It was an incredibly annoying process, I could almost never get a straight answer from them and I had to buy a cheap car to last me almost a year waiting for it to be fixed. I only ended up paying around $700 because of my warranty covering most the cost but the total was over $6000. I would never go here again, I believe jack furrier on oracle and Maggee is the only reliable honest auto shop around here and will only be going there from now on. I’m editing this review because they said I was out on military deployment most of the year. Which isn’t true. I was finally able to pick up my Jeep a few days before my deployment. I was only gone for a month which they happened to finish fixing my Jeep during that time. I was driving around a 1997 Honda accord for almost a year that I had to purchase because the vehicle took so long to fix.

I had an incredible experience with this service! After packrats caused significant damage to my engine, they patiently waited for my insurance payout and guided me through every step of the process. They took the time to show me the damage in detail and were upfront and transparent throughout. Their honesty and professionalism stood out, and I truly felt they had my best interests at heart. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with car issues—this is one of the most trustworthy places I’ve ever been to!

I just want to thank the entire staff here for fixing my daughter’s car. It has been in and out of a different auto shop that couldn’t get her cars turbo running correctly, but Ooroo did the job and I’m very thankful to this company. I will highly recommend this company. I used Ooroo for the first time about a week ago. I needed regular service for my Honda CRV. The staff was pleasant and patient (particularly Dustin). They have a lovely vehicle and a great driver to take you back to your home while the car is being serviced They discovered that I had a slow leak in my a/c discharge hose. The part was expensive and it would be almost $900. I asked if they could wait so that I could contact the Honda dealer to see if there was any warranty. They had no problem with that. I remembered that I had an extended warranty and asked if that would help. Dustin very nicely and patiently contacted the warranty company and got the authorization. (Never complaining when I called him back several times to confirm the company phone number and contact number 😎.) They had to wait for the part to be delivered from Honda and were very proactive about calling me and letting me know there would be a delay. When I picked up the car, I was expecting the 10% new customer discount but they patiently explained to me that they couldn't do that on this invoice because of the warranty claim. BUT they noted in my file that I was owed the 10% discount on my next service, which I'm fine with. Poor guy, it took me a minute to understand the "why" but he patiently explained it so that I understood. Nice clean facility, kind staff and good service. I'll be back!

These guys are knowledgeable, honest, thorough, kind, and I owe John an apology about a battery. John was more than willing to work with me if he was wrong, which he was not. A+++ service!! Highly recommended! They won't try to cheat you into getting unnecessary repairs done! They found something, even the Mercedes dealership didn't, and fixed it at a very affordable price! Even gave me a free advice about my other car!! That's my to go place with car issues from now on!

I took my car into OOROO, I had just purchased my three fifty z nissan, And Needed an itemized list of things that might be wrong with it, This shop gave me a list of things needed to be done.That amounted 6 thousand dollars worth of work. I took it to my Is personal mechanic and he did everything for under a thousand dollars, Most of the stuff that this shop said was Is wrong with my car, Was not truthful, By far. You might want to think twice about going to this place. They also said that my motor to my front seat was out, It was not, it was actually the switch,not the motor. Total estimate cost from OOROO was ($6,000 DOLLARS) Crazy 🤪 . When it really came to just under $1,000 From my trusted mechanic, not OOROO. Ooroo response to my review is not truthful! I will post the work order I received, on work thay say was needed, and there $6,000 dollar estimate.

I requested an appointment via the website on Sunday evening in order to have the regulator and motor replaced in my 2005 Mariner. They were able to get me in on Monday morning and were able to get the parts and fix my car by Monday evening. The prices were great, and the gentleman I dealt with at the shop were helpful and kind. I will definitely be going back when I need service on my vehicles.

I had a Alternator go bad with my F250 Powerstroke Diesel. Air conditioner quit working and truck was stuck in park mode. I hired a mobile mechanic and he could not find the problem. OOROO found the problem.I was back on the road to see my Grandchildren. Great job Men ! Chase and mike and other employees. I even bought them lunch I was so happy

Easily the best overall experience that’s not a Lexus dealership. I’ve dropped our Volvo and Lexus here. Their service warranty (3 years) is better than Volvo’s (1 year and non-transferable). Why take your Volvo to the dealership?!

Took my 2015 in for a oil change yesterday and chase took awesome care of me was very professional and polite Jeremy took care of the service as a automotive technician that previously worked with Jeremy I highly highly recommend you take your vehicle to ooroo and Jeremy. He will get it done right the first time. Will definitely be back. Also the happy car membership is worth it

Warranty issue. Our A/C recently went out and OOROO was an in network member and was also the closest to us. Our quote was high and not even covered. We took it to a smaller shop in South Tucson and they treated us like royalty. Diagnosed the issue, without a cost, replaced the part with the issue the same day, when we were told there was no available part at OOROO and there would have to be a repair and not a replacement to said part. Not only that but the new shop also did a muffler delete on my pickup that same day in about an hour. Half the cost of the OOROO quote that included the muffler work.
