Great customer service, friendly, honest, knowledgeable team there at On-site Automotive. Adam, Kay and team are great people who go above and beyond to take care of you and your vehicle. I had been to other shops that could not fix my electrical problems on my truck. The mechanics at On-site were able to diagnose the problems and fix them as well as checking over the truck and noticing some more serious problems such as my rear axle and u-joints about to fall off that they replaced. While they were working on my truck I had them install some aftermarket Headlights, taillights, and tires. On-site is your one stop shop . I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about the people at On-Site Automotive. The mechanics do a superb job with maintenance and repair issues, and they're very honest and reasonable in what they recommend. The receptionist Kay is very friendly, and I always enjoy chatting with her. If you're looking for a good place in Raleigh to get some work done on your car, On-Site Automotive would be an excellent choice.

Could not recommend a better shop! The team at On-Site provides incredible, quick services with the best customer support. Technicians are extremely thorough in both working on your vehicle as well as explaining EVERYTHING to you. They have done routine maintenance & upkeep as well as repairs on my family’s 3 Tundras over the past several years, have never had a single problem and will never look for another shop again.

It is so great to have a trusted place I can go to maintain my car. They always give my car a good look over regardless of what I have come for. The amazing thing is if they find unknown-to-me problems, they will talk with me in detail, but never pushy. I never have a sense that they are trying to upsell the services I came for. They stand behind their work and stay current with new technology and knowledge. Although my car is an older one, I would have no concerns of bringing in a new car. The waiting room is comfortable and Kay is pleasant to work with. The owner, Adam, has a passion for cars but, as their logo says, people are his priority. I highly recommend them! Cindy E.

Have came in for tires, tire plugs, and a state inspection. Shop is well kept and service is always efficient. The female technician, Yemmi, has always taken the best care of my vehicle and is thorough and detailed. I’m a DIY guy, but will always return to On-Site for anything I can’t handle myself. The technicians here are always happy to speak directly to me and explain anything I have questions about, which is a rarity, as you often don’t even know who’s working on your own vehicle at other shops.

On site auto is is the best place you will ever want to go for car repairs. I've been using them for more 15 years and have never been disappointed. The most important thing about a macanic is honesty and Adam will always take care of you with out charging you for anything you don't need. The entire team is fabulous and a special shout out to K. I need to get my mustang ready for a road trip and she fit me in for same day service knowing I was leaving the next morning and as we all know, knowing your 1995 mustang will get you there and back safely is a tremendous piece of mind. Thanks to the entire staff and a special shout out to George, Adam and K. I highly recommend using on site automotive for all your macanical needs. Thanks again everyone.

They are very accurate in the diagnoses at a good price. They went to my house and in less than an hour they had already repaired my Ford 150. They are excellent, I recommend them 100%.

Heads above all the rest. I can not holler loud enough. Female - little nervous - no need. 1st, the nicest people, the cleanest auto shop I have ever been to, and extremely professional. They were very very detailed in their explanation of what the mechanical problem and issues were. Above all, I was blown away at the total. By far not what I expected. The price was 1/2 LESS than what I was prepared for. I highly recommend ON-SITE AUTOMOTIVE. Don't go anywhere else.

Was referred here from Henrys Exhaust down the street. The owner and receptionists are beyond friendly and kind! Great availability for service repairs and the shop is clean. Took my car in for one issue, and they did a general (but thorough) look at other concerns with my car and provided recommendations on things that should be addressed.

I highly recommend them. We've been their customers for nearly 3 years now. They've always given us the best deals, reviewed the quotes with us before doing repairs and we never find surprises on our invoice. Even though we've moved the next county over, we still go to them because they are so honest and reliable.

I’ve trusted Adam & Eleana for years with my vehicles. This week on the first 80 plus degree day my Acura MDX AC was blowing hot air. I called Eleana and she got me in this morning at 8:00 am. Within 30 minutes the problem was diagnosed, the bad compressor relay was ordered and I was out the door in under 2 hours. They also replaced my cabin air filter. I just can’t say enough great things about the expertise and courtesy I experience every time I go there. Well done guys and thank you!

I’m visiting town on a business trip when my truck breaks down at the hotel. Alayna took care of everything from getting my vehicle towed to the shop, getting me a quick, detailed, accurate breakdown of all the parts and labor needed. Justin the technician took good care of everything I needed to get back on the road. On -site automotive did an amazing job and was very caring and considerate of my circumstances to get me back home quickly and safely. If I ever break down in Raleigh I’ll definitely come back LOL!!!! Thank you sooooo much!!!

This place is awesome. Alayna has been nothing but vibrant and helpful. I called to get a quote on my brakes and rotors. Although they were busy she told me to come in and they'll take care of me. As stated I was assisted immediately. Everyone there was nice and professional. I highly recommend this place.

Upon my early review I was a little disgruntled about the pricing of The work I had done to my truck . the owner Adam called me personally to apologize if I had a bad experience with his company he explained to me to process by which the pricing is obtain made everything clear and understandable and I really feel bad for giving this company a bad review he promised to be nothing but professionalism and the best quality of work I’ve noticed it when I walked in the door all it takes was a call to him and everything will be squared away I’m sorry that I made a bad review just dead phone conversation from him Assured me that this is is a respectable and professional business.I will continue to bring them like trucks here for repairs knowing that I am getting the best work done for the best price and his quality work Adam and Stewart me of that and he made me feel eddies so if you’re ever in town looking for a dependable and reliable and honest auto shop bring it to on site

From the moment I pulled on the gas pump front door handle until I got back in my car everything said pride of ownership. I’ve never seen a cleaner bathroom in a service center. Great customer service at the counter and the owner was very friendly. I failed to get names of anyone but that’s going to change. I’m bringing all my business to you in the future.

I don’t usually leave google ratings but this shop is very professionally run. Adam did a knock out job with the work I brought my car in for. Not only did he do this work but he brought to my attention I had a side light out and was about to expire on my inspection. His pricing is incredibly fair and honest. He’s gained a long term customer with me. I’ll be taking my vehicles back to him moving forward.

I was in my company vehicle and ran over a nail on the way to the job site. I was able to stop at a gas station and put some air in and make it to on-site for a repair. They were about to get me up and running in less than 20 minutes and still was able to make it to the job on time (no pun intended). Great service!

This is the only place I trust taking my car to. They've been honest and upfront with everything. They've pointed out other things that could use attention or I might need to keep an eye on but never tried to sell me on anything. It's nice having a place you can trust after so many bad experiences at other shops.
