Did a great job on replacing my window on my dodge charger. My tech Milton Was very efficient and polite. I have had my window broken one other time( the same window) and it took around 45 min. He got it all installed and cleaned up in 20 min, with enough time for me to still get to work on time. Would recommend to others when I get the opportunity… thank you guys :)

Getting my glass repaired from Onsite was great. Dennis gave such personalized attention, and went out of his way (figuratively, and literally driving) to help me. The work was high quality, and they immediately identified and addressed the mistake that was made the last time my windshield was repaired. I would definitely recommend Onsite if you're unfortunate enough to break your auto glass.

I am beyond grateful to this onsite auto glass service for being a true lifesaver! After my car window was smashed late at night, I was in a tight spot—I’m leaving the country on Friday and desperately needed the repair done before Thanksgiving. I called them around midnight, feeling stressed and unsure, but Dennis was incredibly kind and reassuring. He went above and beyond to adjust their schedule and fit me in the very next day. By 11:00 AM the following morning, Juan Campos arrived and skillfully replaced my window onsite, completing the job by 1:00 PM. The fact that they managed to resolve everything so quickly, with such care and professionalism, during a busy holiday week, was nothing short of amazing. Their kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail turned a frustrating situation into one of immense relief. I can’t thank Dennis and Juan enough for their help—they are truly lifesavers. I came out to my sunroof window being shattered on a sunday morning. after checking my cameras I seen two thieves smashing my sunroof. I found on-site auto glass by searching on Google maps. I called and talked to Dennis and he was a big help to me and communicated and updated me the whole way. He was able to get me a estimate and contact my insurance after I made a claim. His employee came and installed the sunroof glass in about an hour or less the next day. Thanks to Dennis and his staff I was able to get back on the road. I highly reccomend on-site auto glass services. Thanks again Dennis!

They got me in and out fast but the work wasn’t great. Claimed to use OEM windows and charged my insurance but used some random after market named XYZ. My radio wasn’t working after, they poorly glued some rubber on the sides of my windshield, and the top had a large gap in the middle. Asked for them to come fix the problems (I can’t go in, I’m 38 weeks pregnant about to go into labor) and they gave me a time from from 11-12. My husband called to ask for an ETA as it was already almost 12, then they stayed they’re running late and won’t be here until 1. I rescheduled my doctors appointment for NO reason. Hopefully they can fix the problem so I don’t have to deal with this anymore.

They were so fast and so nice. Someone bashed in my back window in a parking lot. I work nights as a nurse and am difficult to communicate with during the day but not for them! They got it done while I slept! Thank you!! Looks great.

Windshield Replacement I have an Audi A8 that needed a new windshield. I had initially had an appt with Safelite on June 19th 2024. Safelite cancelled that appt due to not having received my windshield. I rescheduled for July 6th 2024 and Safelite again cancelled my appt for the same reason. By August 2024 I lost patience and requested my claim be handled by Onsite Auto Glass Services. My insurance company was very cooperative and switched my claim over to Onsite on August 7th. On August 8th - the very next day - Onsite replaced my windshield. I brought my car to them around 10:45am and I picked up the car around 2pm. Done! Finito! Fertig! If you need auto glass repair or replacement, go to Onsite Auto Glass Services.

These guys did a great job. After going through the automatic car wash, my windshield cracked from bottom to top and I needed a quick replacement. When I called them they double checked my van to make sure they had the right windshield available and there was somebody installing it within 2 hours. They took care of it all without any issues. The price was very competitive as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Two nights ago on Friday, my rear passenger window somehow shattered while driving home on the freeway. It was raining and this was not the time for such casualties. I immediately looked up repair services at 1 AM, since my insurance partnered with a company with poor reviews. OnSite was the first company to respond at close to 2 AM and I was SHOCKED, lol. A quote and time were given for the next morning that the service could be performed. I received a call in the morning from the technician who was to come out. He was super friendly and arrived about 10-15 early. He quickly vacuumed my car and installed the new window with ease. He even cleaned up any mess caused by the rain, since it had started to drizzle. The service was completed in about 30 min and my car was back to normal. I cannot recommend these guys enough for such prompt and courteous service. Thank you!!

Called early on a Sunday morning and got an answer. Set me up for a window repair the next day. They even came to my place of work to perform the repair which was fast and the pricing was more than reasonable. I would totally recommend OnSite.

My car's rear passenger side window and quarter-panel window were broken and I needed someone to replace them quickly since (1) it was raining, and (2) I had to leave town in 2 days. I called Onsite Auto Glass and spoke first with Nick, who was super helpful. Nick got me in touch with his brother, Dennis, who jumped on the problem and got everything solved before I had to leave for my flight. They even worked with my insurance company...everything was easy from my end because of their help. Strongly recommend.

My 2017 Audi Q5 SUV had its windshield cracked while driving on I80. The rock impact left a 3" crack and we decided to replace the windshield instead of having is repaired. The big national auto glass franchise (rhymes with 'hate life') wanted over $1300 to replace this windshield. I went online and found Onsite Auto Glass Services in San Jose, Ca. I requested a quote from them and the company rep was great at getting the information he needed to give me an accurate quote (1/3 the price of 'hate life' :) ). Still not sure whether I would get a quality product for such a good price. After asking the glass shop rep more questions about quality of the job and checking with my auto insurance company (who recommended them) - I decided to book an appointment at my home to have the windshield replaced. Juan showed up on time, was very friendly, and meticulously removed the old windshield and replaced it with a new one of the same quality. He completed this process in my driveway in just over and hour and left the car cleaned of any debris, with a spotless new windshield, and with first day precautions until windshield sealant fully dried. I am extremely happy with the quality windshield and installation I received for an incredible price and would use them again without a second thought!

Okay, so your car window is busted, and most likely, your car got broken into. I hope you're doing okay in light of recent events. It's a terrible feeling to be in. Like me, I was in this situation, but luckily, the Onsite Auto Glass Services folks were so wonderful, understanding, and professional. They gave me a quote over the phone at a very fair and reasonable price. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment, and the technician who replaced my busted window was nothing short of amazing and professional. They vacuumed my car and took care of the issue in about 30 minutes. You're in good hands with Onsite Auto Glass Services. It sucks now, but I wish better days ahead for you.

This place was fast, efficient, and super easy to work with! They were about $250 cheaper than Safelite and they were able to come to my house 5 days sooner than Safelite could. They gave me a window of time and came right on time and had it done within the hour. I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know!

Wow these guys are the best in the auto glass business! Highly recommend them! Richard replied to my request to replace my windshield within 10 minutes, worked with my insurance same day andi scheduled the aptt tor next day! Their mobile service came on time and Carlos the install guy did outstanding work! Wow! Less than 24 hrs from initial contact I had a new windshield installed . It looked better than the OEM glass!!!
