This is specifically for Andy Nguyen, my service rep. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I went for a recall and the whole process was smooth. He kept me informed throughout. I previously took my car to the Berkeley Toyota Service and had the worst experience. This was a complete 180. Thanks Andy!

Was 5 stars until my second visit! First, they turned off my dash cam without my permission or notifying me, and they didn’t turn it back on. This is a major red flag for me—it makes me question whether they actually changed my oil and filter. A similar incident happened to me at another Ford dealership, and when the manager reviewed their cameras, it turned out they hadn’t changed the oil at all. Turning off my dash cam is a serious concern. Second, they didn’t place the oil change sticker on the windshield—another red flag. To make matters worse, the oil looks exactly the same as it did before I brought the car in. When you change the oil, there should be a noticeable difference in color, but that wasn’t the case here. I called the manager, but they were dismissive and did nothing to address my concerns. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, and they’ve now lost me as a customer. Additionally, I noticed that whoever responds to reviews on Google Maps only replies to positive ones. Negative reviews (less than 3 stars) seem to be ignored entirely, which shows a lack of concern for unhappy customers. In my opinion, if I could give 0 stars, I would. Customer service is incredibly important to me, and this experience was extremely disappointing. This is just my experience and opinion—you might have a different one.

Although One Toyota of Oakland Service Department is crowded on the Saturday's they did a very good job of keeping everyone (and their vehicles) moving. They met their time commitment! Which is a major plus since I have experiences many who do not meet it. They have remodeled their waiting area which helps when you have to wait for any length of time. Overall, not too painful!

Bought a car from here , said if the car had any problems for the first week they promise to take it back, 3 days later transmission started slipping, the manager said “we don’t have the money to put a new transmission in your car”, pretty much scammers, the finance salesman has no integrity , leaves out details you should know, I spent 4500$ on new transmission+ labor Do yourself a favor , don’t come here, these guys don’t care about you they’re just there for a paycheck

Great professional services. The only drawback is wait time is very long. My appointment was 11:15 AM on Saturday for oil change. Arriving at 10:50. It was done around 2 PM. Total about 3 hours for simple oil change with appointment.

Had an appointment at 8:30AM for a simple oil change, was there for almost 5 hours. Do everyone a favor and get rid of appointments if you guys aren’t going to follow them.

My last experience service center at One Toyota Oakland was terrible . I took the car to see what was the problem because the driver door wasn't open from inside . so they told just to take a look if I don't do the service I will be charge for $225 dollar that for me is a super expensive because o bought I car that cost me $40.000.00 a 2022 Camry hybrid that I thought that was included in the warranty but it wasn't . so anyway I ask the guy to take a look because I my mind the problem would not cost me a lot . but after they took the car to the mechanic inside at the Toyota ours later the guy bring me a invoice saying that the problem was a door lock actuator and will cost me a $890 I said that was unbelievable and I didn't did the service because I knew that was not the problem . so a pay the $225 just to see what was the problem . that for wasn't fair. Two days after i left One Toyota Oakland I took my car to my own mechanic and he found the problem that was only the door latch cable wire that only cost me $71.27 . So what Toyota Service center did to me was they want to rob me, take my money to charge me for a part that wasn't broken. I"II never come back again to One Toyota Oakland Service center anymore.

Never come back here again! I would never do maintenance done here ever again. I’m not sure if they actually change my oils, My maintenance service lights on and they never inspect my cabin filter I have the key to get access to the gloves compartment they never ask to open it, On the receipt stating they inspect it, who knows if they actually check my engine filters. This also happened to my 2019 Toyota Rav4.

The service was very good. I dropped my Toyota Corolla off, and they provided a Lyft to get me back home and a Lyft to return to the dealership. The squeakly right rear tire was fixed. And I noted that I had run out of windsheld wiper fluid, and they filled that up. And they let me know that my air conditioner was clogged and they called me to find out if I wanted it replaced. I said 'yes!

Worst customer experience, despite calling them a day ahead and took appointment, I had to wait 3 hrs to see the car. I refrained from writing a bad review for one and half month. But now I also understand that they sold me a bad car. Bought a Subaru 2015 WRX from them and in one half month the clutch is giving me burning smell and gears are slipping. Of course they don’t have legal obligation as the car is sold as-is. But looks like they only sell, and don’t care about customer experience. I bought it from a dealer, assuming they will sell me a good car, and I don’t need to do my due diligence of inspecting the car. But I am wrong! Anyone reading make sure, you do your due diligence and get it properly inspected. One Toyota is just in the business of selling the car for profit. Customer experience is least in their priority I guess! When we asked about why the clutch has to be pressed all the way down, we were it is just old. My bad, I should have got it inspected, lesson learned!
