We took our truck in the day before the snowstorm. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it the next day. I picked it up when the snow was coming down. Truck runs great. The owners are wonderful. Glad to have a great mechanic in SoKnox.

**Avoid at all costs-hidden diagnose fee** I brought in a splash shield part to have it reinstalled after it had fallen off. I told them how much to install it and they told me we will look at it first and came back saying I need a new splash shield and charged me 96.01$ for 1/2 hour labor diagnose fee. I told them you didn't tell me about the fees upfront and they told me to look at a sign all the way up above my head in the wall and written in small letters saying diagnose fee 174$/hr. I had to step back the office desk and look up to be able to read it. This is a scam and unprofessional. You have to make the sign visible and clear and tell costumers about the diagnose fee before you start. I also reported them to Better Business Bureau. Never seen something like that in my life

Love love LOVE them! I found them 2 years ago when my car first crapped the bed with a really old battery, fried computer and locked engine (that's what I get for trying to get help outside professionals). They were able to fix it faster than I expected and with them being close to my home it was a bonus! Car crapped the bed again this past week, with a funky alternator and a blown battery and they were able to fix it speedy quick. Even my mouse problem 🫣 (it's cold, I can't blame the mice 🤷🏻‍♀️). Highly recommend coming to them for your car troubles, they are very honest and fair. Will definitely be coming back 🫶🏻 (P.s. their dogs are adorable!)

My 2017 Dodge Caravan was suddenly leaking oil horribly. I called "One Touch" because of a recommendation that they were really good people and great with cars. All true! Plus they have the sweetest dogs who like to play catch . One Touch took my car in first thing after I called the SAME morning .They had it diagnosed n called me a couple hours later with what was wrong and cost of repair. With my ok they completed repairs and had it ready by next morning. Amazing! Please give them a call with your car needs. Thanks One Touch!

Great Service. I pulled in in the morning and car was ready by 3:30pm. I did not have an appt at told them I had to have my car that day to get back to work by 5pm. And they did not disappoint. Thank you!

I took my piece of s*** 1985 Ford f150 in to be repaired. I took it to two other places before I came to one touch Auto repair and the other two places were a joke. The other two places told me that the truck was fixed and then when I would get a mile away from them my truck would break down again and the original problem was never taken care of. I took my Ford truck into one touch Auto repair and I cannot thank them enough. My truck drives like a brand new vehicle. It starts up perfectly and it handles so smoothly and idles very quietly but has the power if needed. Thank you Richard and all of the others involved in fixing my vehicle. I can't thank you guys enough!!!!

Took my Rogue in for an over heating problem. They fixed it for $1800, but created another problem...it now makes a terrible clacking sound when the car is not moving. Took it back to One Touch...two days later they still have no idea whats going on, but charged me an additional $158 to tell me they have no idea. Go somewhere else!

Can't say enough great things. My wife, 5 year old, infant, and I were trekking from MS to the smokies in our 2003 Excursion. Got off the interstate in Knoxville and it was obvious the right front brake caliper seized up. First two shops I called laughed at me, being it was 4pm on a Thursday. So I thought... yep, I'm going to be replacing calipers in walmart parking lot. Called one touch, and they couldn't have been nicer. They told us bring it on, they stayed late to help us, they put two guys on it, did it right, and had us back on the rd before dark. Superb, and I know the rest of the Excursion community appreciates it too!

I was just driving down the road when car started making a horrible noise and vibration. They were able to get to it very quickly and fix it. They were very knowledgeable and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. It’s nice having a mechanic I can trust.
