Kudos to owner Ameer and shop mechanic Anthony for their wonderful hospitality and fitting me in their heavy work appointment, I had very bad rear wheel bearing need to be replace, will sitting there waiting for parts to be delivered, I observed Mr Ameer and his overall personality was just outstanding, he was the same tone guy with everyone who came in rather an appointment or need some kind of auto work, being from out of state and working at intel, I have a very good place that I’m will be doing some business in the future Thanks you One Time Auto Repair 05/25/24 Thks again for another good services, had all hoses(heater and radiator), thermostat, belt tension, pulleys, serpentine belt, spark plugs and coils replaced, save me several hundred from what the dealership wanted to charge. Thks to Waleed the mechanic 06/01/24 Kudos again to Ameer for helping out again, had a serious drain to my battery, he performed the draw test and found out I had a bad main relay fuse 02/01/25

Best experience on getting my Jeep fixed! So my engine light came on Wed. night, Thursday I took to autozone to get code reader to find out what was wrong, as a single grandma I was worried what was wrong and how much will it cost. Then I remembered I moved here and don’t have a mechanic to help me. But I called a few places 3 or so, left message talked to lady that said they charge for another diagnostic….. but then One Time Auto answered said bring it in Friday between 7- 10 am. I did he evaluated and called back with what needed done. Then we agreed and work was done and I picked up Jeep later that day. Pricing, service, and facility was great. I can’t tell you how easy and fast the service was, and now I have a mechanic and means so much. Knowing whatever happens this place is it! Thank you so much Ameer! If you a reason or sign to check them out….. here you go!! Call them first, I am telling everyone I can. It feels great to have a person for your vehicles needs! Thank you again!

Prayers were heard, an honest and reliable mechanic. Ali and Ameer saved me after my alternator broke down. I came in on Friday and was worried I would not have a car until Monday, but they made it on Saturday. Thank you for your work.

Had an engine block heater installed. Was told to "keep an eye on it" as, after they installed it, it was smoking. Who performs a task as a mechanic and leaves it up to a non-mechanic to keep an eye on an install that appears to have concerns from the time of install? Fix the issue, then send the customer on their way. Issue still exists. I requested this install as I moved to a much colder climate. Sure enough, this issue still exists. So I paid for an engine block heater that I can't use. Update 12.1.2024 I did not provide this part. I provided a part and One Time told me it was the wrong part. Then, Ali said he would find the correct part. Then, the heater plug was installed. I provided no parts used in the installation of this service.

I recently had brakes and new tires installed on my car. The quality of service at One Time Auto Repair was outstanding. I was getting ready for a road trip and they made sure everything was ready to go. They went above and beyond. I appreciate that their technicians are knowledgeable and professional. It’s nice to find a company I trust to repair and maintain my vehicle. I highly recommend them.

The team at One Time Auto truly exceeded all my expectations for an auto shop. While on a trip nearby, the thermostat on our Tahoe went out. We were 40 minutes from our hotel and three hours from home—on a Saturday morning, no less. Almost every shop in town was closed, but thankfully, we found One Time Auto and walked in around 10 AM. The team quickly diagnosed the issue and understood the tough spot our family was in. They wasted no time coming up with a plan, sourced the necessary parts locally, and repaired our vehicle the same day. Their effort and efficiency turned what could have been a disastrous day into a manageable one. What really stood out was their fairness—despite our vulnerable situation, their pricing was incredibly reasonable. The only downside? We live too far away to make them our regular shop. If you're in the Hillsboro area, I can’t recommend them enough!

There have been some dishonest reviews I’ve come across towards Ameer and his incredible business from “Michael” and “Kidus Adugna” regarding an old used car that was crippled with issues at the time of these aforementioned individuals bringing their vehicle in. Ameer had EXPLICITLY explained to them what he could do with their vehicle was limited due to the condition it was already in, which they acknowledged. Their so called “review” was a personal attack based on unsubstantiated dissatisfaction, and they had various individuals leave unsubstantiated 1 star reviews with no comments on their behalf. Me and my family have been long time customers of Ameer and he has ALWAYS treated us well. These individuals name dropped me as well as others from my family referencing our patronage with Ameer. There are interpersonal issues going on that do not need to be exposed on the internet, but just know this review is a spineless personal attack towards Ameer and is not based in anything else but pettiness and deceit. I had a 2011 Mazda Cx-9 with 300k+ miles on it. I brought it in to Ameer many years ago at around 150-200k miles and he effectively gave that car a second chance at life. One Time Auto Repair is one of the most if not the most competent and comprehensive automotive repair services in the Greater Portland Metro Area, and the man in charge KNOWS what he’s doing, trust me. I also had a 2021 Toyota Corolla that I brought into One Time Auto when my dealership service package ran out. The dealership had tried to suggest TWO THOUSAND dollars in unnecessary repairs/fluid swaps I didn’t need. I brought it into One Time Auto for a second opinion, and the genius minds working there told me that the only thing I needed was to flush out and replace my CVT fluid, and even then I still had another 5-10k miles before I needed to do so. I changed it anyway just to be safe and the service was done at a much more affordable price than what the dealership suggested for that particular service. All in all I saved myself shelling out $1800 for unnecessary services. Ameer and the people who work for him are honest, straightforward, kind, and good at what they do. I’m not taking any vehicle I purchase anywhere but One Time Auto Repair.

Ameer and Ali are honestly some of the best people I have met they are honest and very great at what they do ! They fixed my bmw at a very reasonable price where as the bmw center wanted way more ! I can not recommend them enough !

One of the best mechanics in the area who’s very reliable and friendly. I would recommend to everyone. Great prices and will fix any issues. They are the best at alignment and balance. I went to two other shops with a vibration with my van and they couldn’t fix it but One Time Auto repair fixed it so efficiently. Highly recommend.

This place is the best auto shop I have ever been to. They are extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful. They were completely transparent about the services they were providing. They fully serviced my car and even took pictures and videos to show me what was wrong. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend!

I have brought my truck to One Time Auto Repair 3x now this year and I just want to say how amazing this shop is. So understanding and actually care about doing the job the right way the first time. They also care about your budget and literally meet expectations. This shop has saved my bacon and I am so grateful for their dedication and hard work! I was originally hesitant bringing in 18' Mustang GT here, but I am very glad I did! I originally took my Mustang to the dealership that quoted me a ridiculous price, and even got the diagnosis wrong! Amir and his team diagnosed the true issue, ordered the correct part, and completed a quality repair within a 3 day span. Quality work, communication, and price. If you are looking for an honest shop, I highly recommend One Time Auto Repair.

Ali was awesome, very fair rate to diagnose my vehicle. My rig I needed to have worked on is almost 20 years old and I wanted a certain number of miles on the part I needed. Could not find the part however I will bring my vehicles here in the future.

This is a non-judgmental, not greedy, and friendly place that I highly recommend! I have visited other mechanics in the past and felt taken advantage of, but here, they took the time to explain what repairs were necessary. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they prioritize honesty over profit. At another mechanic shop, I was quoted over $1400 for engine repairs. Additionally, I was told my oil filter was leaking, but here, I paid less than half of the previous quote for all the engine issues repair and also learned that it wasn't the oil filter leaking, but rather, it was not tight enough (was loose). I highly recommend this wonderful place!!!! And again ,Thank you so much!!

I had mysterious car trouble on a Friday evening and needed to get towed somewhere. I saw the reviews (honest, transparent, fair) of One Time Auto and called in to see if they could help. Ameer was so kind and accommodating despite being super busy. He was a great communicator, figured out the trouble, and fixed it really quickly. It was extremely fair pricing as well. I’ve never had a go-to regular mechanic before, but now I absolutely do- I will be back and highly recommend One Time Auto to anyone!

I got the $130 diagnostic. They said front brakes needed replacing and the water pump might need repair for $600. They somehow missed my brake lights were out, my alternator was failing, and they busted/stripped a lug nut on my front left tire and said nothing. These guys are not honest mechanics. Water pump was 100% working fine. Boo! They also, for no stated reason, gave me $20 back off the $130. It's probably because they didn't actually do any work!
