From Steve at the front desk to the guys in the garage getting dirty we have had nothing but a great experience with this shop, and we have had some serious problems with our SUVs that we no longer need to worry about. Knowledgeable and willing to give advice we will utilize this shop as long as we have the ability to drive our cars.

When I say I trust Steve and the crew at One Stop, I mean it...implicitly. I don't even look at the invoice when presented, just give him the card. Work is timely, crew is professional (except Steve, he's a wise guy 😘😘😘😊). I recommend this shop whole-heartedly.

No one should be going to this shop. We requested that they not work on my grandmothers car. She was taken advantage of as she is 80 years old. She needed an upper arm kit and front stabilizer on her 2007 Hyundai Sonata. By the time I was able to speak with her. There are planning to charge $2200 for a job that takes 2.5 hours and the parts maybe cost $200. I called to speak with Steve the manager as he said the owner wasn’t in. He proceeded to hang up on me. This is why people don’t trust people. Be careful who you take your car too.

Such an amazing auto repair facility Steve and crew put in a catalytic converter into my Cadillac and did and amazing job for less money than the 5 other mechanics that couldn’t get it in the rig This is truly a 1 stop for all the car needs They were kind and professional and got the car done fast as I needed it for work Car runs great now and I would definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and family Thx Steve and crew for a great job 🎉🎉🎉

Took my son's car into one stop automotive. Steve was very accommodating and helpful. He scanned my son's car to locate issues after us repeatedly going back to AutoZone, and trying to fix the car ourselves. He did not charge us for unneeded repairs, and said we would have to approve any work to be done. We will definitely be going back to see Steve.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, these are my boys. Always take care of our vehicles and always fair and honest. Can't ask for more. These guys take personal care of my wife's older Focus, so I can feel safer about her driving it around town. This is my go to place for all things automotive, and I have told many of my friends about what a great business this is. Their work is always top quality, and if anything is messed up, they fix it without question or additional charges. Never try to upsell, but always warn about pending problems.

Gave me a china alternator put my Carfax update as jus looked at alternator.getting emails to remove my comment as well, and my honda is 2006 how do you have a honda brand alt. 06 that works

One Stop Automotive was great! I had damage from a pack rat and Steve at One Stop was on it to help get the car repaired in a day! They even have a tow service that was faster in picking up my vehicle than who my insurance referred me to. Cheaper as well! All around great thorough service! It's reassuring to have an automotive shop you can trust and afford! Thank you Frank for the quick tow service and thank you Steve for getting my car back to me in no time at all!

This is a very overdue review for which I apologize because they deserve way more than only 5 stars. I think it’s important to have confidence in the people who work on your vehicle especially when that’s how you get to work and groceries shopping and everywhere else you adventure too, so knowing that you’re safe and you have an amazing group of people that love their job and helping others in their community is such a blessing truly! Claimed replacement and labor on my alternator and charged, Mentioned it will be a top model, instead a chinese model carfax mentioned jus looked at alternator. Dont trust them at all there a joke.

What I thought was just some wiring issues for the fuel pump on my jeep turned out to be more than I could afford to fix. Brought my car here, and the owner was kind. They inspected my car and, before putting on the computer to run full diagnostics, found some major issues and advised me to sell as it would be cheaper than fixing waiting for parts from overseas and saved me $450 just for the diagnostics.

I took a trip to San Antonio a few weeks ago with my kids and I had gotten stop by the state trooper because my car was smoking so he send me to the nearest car shop. Where I was guided to go see Ryan at One shop Automotive and I met Ray the shop owner and they sent me over to Adam at Astro Transmission and they really took care of me. They started working on my car the same day had me on the road the next day. They were all really friendly and so helpful I will forever be grateful to these guys and their team. It’s a scary thing running in to car trouble on the road especially when u don’t where to go or wat to do or who to go to but theirs is by far the best car service I have ever gotten in my life and I just want to say thank u guys for everything u do.
