Was up in Vegas to spend New Year's with some family, a couple days after getting into Vegas my 2015 Ford Taurus started to get a bit hot and dumping coolant out, called around to a few shops, including dealerships(which was a mistake from the get go), and found One Stop only 7 minutes from my family's house. Obviously they can't diagnose something over the phone and assume that my diagnosis of it being the water pump is accurate, but Greg advised that they would diagnose it and even if it was the water pump that they could fix it, and let me be clear, my car is not like others where the water pump is driven by the belt, it is driven by the timing chain so it is considerably more difficult to replace than other cars. That being said of course I had my doubts because who wouldn't with a major repair like that where the whole engine has to come out. After dropping it off the following Monday they confirmed it indeed was the water pump. He gave me a quote and I said let's do it but he also confirmed with me that they would advise of any other issues found during the process at my request because the car has 154k miles and this is the first kinda major repair it's ever needed. The repair was going to take roughly a week which I was 100% fine with because I had to go on a work trip that week. During the week Greg was great at keeping me updated and also did find a few other issues that needed addressed so I confirmed with him to go ahead and get them done as well. I'm not gonna lie I was hoping to have my car back by Friday at the end of the week but unfortunately some of the parts did take longer to get to him which understandably is not his fault, some parts vendors tend to take awhile, I know this from my own experience with my job. Was able to pick up my car the following week on Monday morning. The final amount yes was a bit pricey due to the extent of the repair BUT it was still a bit lower than what I originally expected so I'd have to say pretty fair on the pricing, and DEFINITELY lower than what the dealer quoted me. Drove my car around Vegas for a few more days with no issues then drove 4 hours back home to Cali and no issues, runs great, no coolant smells, no leaks and a happy customer. If anything changes in the near future I may update my review but as of right now I am very satisfied.

Called one stop auto to get a quote to fix my car and Greg was very helpful. Prices were reasonable. Greg was very honest and upfront about the pricing and work that needed to be done on my car. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with another auto shop, so I was looking for a place that was honest with their pricing, as well as doing thorough work on my car. Very pleased with the service. Support this family business people!

I brought my car for and ac issue and they said a hose was leaking so that was over 600 dollars then did the exact same thing and then I brought it back they said it's loosing freon cause the clutch fan was done so the hose was never the problem and they asked for 700 more dollars. This is my second bad experience there so I won't being going back. I ended up having to fix their screw ups twice now. Greg will talk to you like a no it all but is basically getting every dime he can out of you.

One Stop Auto is a great mechanic shop. The manager is friendly and comes off as very professional, with prices that seem very honest. So far, the wait time to get in has been very good. Also, the location is convenient and easy to find for any of us in the Northwest. Highly recommended!

Overall very satisfied with the work done. My car drives like new. One minor complaint. Looks like whoever inspected the cabin filter forced open the glove compartment door to look behind it and broke the 2 tabs that hold it open. Now it just drops wide open. I think they thought it was behind the compartment. You actually have to take the whole unit out to get to it. I just wish the person would have saved the tabs so I could try to glue them back on. All in all happy with the work. Would use them again

Over the course of several years, I have consistently sought his services, and I can attest to his integrity, dependability, and extensive expertise. Without fail, he promptly rectifies any issues with my vehicles, leaving me with no reason to explore alternative options. When he provides a price estimate, it remains unaltered. On a separate occasion, a friend encountered a malfunction with their car's air conditioning system. Greg accurately diagnosed the problem and promptly resolved it. Upon further inspection, it was discovered that another mechanic had improperly fastened the bolts, impeding the replacement process. Greg, without charging any additional fees, rectified the issue and ensured that the repair was done correctly. I am so grateful that I found Greg's shop back when I was new to Vegas almost 10 years ago now! Greg is such an honest dude and he tells it how it is, which I feel is getting more and more rare these days. I don't take my vehicles anywhere else because I know I can trust him. Starting off. I had purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle about a year ago of purchasing it. I called many auto mechanics, many didn’t not accept extended warranties, some did, but outright said they still don’t want to work with extended warranties because it was too much of a hassle. (Even though they stated on the website that they did) called One Stop Auto shop, said they accepted extended warranty, dropped off my car, gave them a list of issues I was having. Called me a few days later, informed me of the things that needed to be fixed in detail, informed me they were just waiting to see if my warranty was going to be covered. Next day phone call saying everything was covered. They kept me updated, ran across some issues with parts being needed, new issues. Almost stressed me out, but they sent me pictures of everything, and kept me informed. Day of pick up he explained to me the things to do to keep my vehicle from coming back for any repairs. . (I forgot his name and feel so bad that I did) forgive me. They were very honest and kept me updated. Very trustworthy, especially for me being a woman, I’m very hesitant with auto mechanics. I will definitely be bringing back all my vehicles for any type of issues. I thank you guys very much.

Greg and the entire team at One Stop Auto were great. I had a service engine light on and multiple repairs needed on my Altima. Greg and his team did an amazing job telling me everything that was priority, very honest and super helpful. Even showed me some of the broken parts. Well it's a week later and service engine light is still off. Waited a week just to drive around and make sure. All cleared up! Thanks Greg and the entire team at One Stop Auto! Greg has always been nothing other than upfront and honest about the cost, time and what needs to be done. Not Only does he have an excellent name, he is a nice guy to boot. I have 3 Lincolns (2 are extra large) and he has always been able to help me. My vehicles are "working" vehicles, making the time they are available for repair not so easy. When my scheduling for the vehicles allow they will always go to Greg at One Stop Auto. Thank you for doing what you do.

I am relatively new to Las Vegas, therefore I was concerned about finding an honest repair shop for my old pickup truck. I took it in to get the water pump and timing belt replaced and they took care of it in one day as promised, and did not overcharge or upsell me . Greg was very pleasant to deal with and lived up to his word, a rare commodity these days. Needless to say, I am now a devoted customer .

I didn't like Greg's attitude when I asked questions since I returned my vehicle to check for the same popping sounds from my control arms. I was told it's in the driver frame. Well, let's see what CarMax says if that's a repeat issue...update: 2/24/23 the pops have returned. I just haven't had a chance to return.

My wife had an unfortunate situation on her way back from California. The water pump took a dump, she was able to limp into Barstow to a shop to get it replaced. After 2 days of waiting for the part it was installed incorrectly. Luckily, she was able to get back to Vegas. We took it into One Stop Auto, vehicle barely running. They were able to diagnosed the issue, fix it, and explain precisely what the folks in Barstow did wrong, and even took photos and sent them to us so that we can dispute what was done in Barstow and get our money back, which we did. One Stop Auto, very professional and trustworthy, highly recommended. Thank You!!

Thank you Greg for the great customer service and work on my Avalanche. I went in knowing what my engine needed and I had all the parts. Unfortunately I can no longer work on it myself. Greg's One Stop Auto has been great to us so far! He worked on my 2005 Toyota Matrix and fixed a whole bunch of stuff that needed some TLC. Understand though there is another shop on the left of building, that is not the shop! Greg's shop is on the right side of building. Look at the signs well!

I normally only write a review of a business if they went above and beyond....needless to say, this will be a glowing review! Greg and his crew are amazing! I had a coolant leak somewhere and couldn't find it myself. Greg took amazing care of my 2007 Tahoe! He was able to diagnose where the leak was coming from and it was a simple fix. I felt so confident in his honesty and ability, I asked his to fix two other issues I was having, my oil pressure sensor was shot and I knew I needed a new oil pan gasket. Just for the oil pressure sensor, the dealership wanted over $700 to fix a $70 part. Obsurd. However, Greg was able to fix it and for a small fraction of the cost at the dealership. In addition to that he was able to fix a years old oil leak by replacing my oil pan gasket, which I knew most likely was the issue. The cost of all these services, fix a coolant leak, replace an oil pan gasket, and replace my oil pressure sensor, AND steam clean my entire engine making it look brand new was only a bit more than the dealership wanted for just the oil pressure sensor job. I will NEVER take it back to the dealership, Greg and One Stop Auto have earned my business for the rest of my car's life....and with his help I know now my Tahoe will last at least 10+ more years. I could not be more pleased with the service I received and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND One Stop Auto to anyone with a car issue....you can't go wrong and won't be disappointed!! THANK YOU GREG!!!

One Stop Auto is great! Greg, the shop manager, is friendly and personable. The place is clean, prices are fair, and better than some other shops. Most of all, you don’t get the sleazy and deceiving feels that most auto shops presents. They don’t pull your leg or cheat you out of unnecessary repairs. Service was pretty fast. Definitely recommend and will come back for future needs.

They are legit the best in Vegas! I have had many issues going anywhere else. Never had an issue after taking my vehicle here. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone.
