I had a muffler issue with my wife's car and called Matt. Matt told me to bring it in asap and he would take a look at it. As I arrived Matt stopped what he was doing grabbed a light and came outside. He got under the car and assessed (flex pipe) the issue. He recommended that I take it over to the Mad Hatter on Sullivant Ave as they specialize in muffler repair. Matt could have easily charged me over 1k for the repair replacing the part. He knew that the Mad Hatter could repair it as a much lower cost and gave me their telephone number and location. I drove over to the Mad Hatter and they had me in and out in 60 minutes. Matt is the most honest car repair shop owner that I have ever dealt with in Columbus, and my first call with any automobile issues.

I had one of those mornings where things just went wrong—my car didn't start, i had an early doctor appointment, and i had to go to work. I called Matt right away and he told me to get the car to him and he would immediately look at it. If you've had car troubles, you know how hard it is to get seen and fixed right away! But matt is a man of his word. He diagnosed and fixed my car and i had it back within 4 hours of sending it to him. Matt is super personable, honest, and very human at heart. Prices are reasonable, service is excellent and above and beyond. I found my auto guy and i am very grateful for that.

I just recently moved to the area. My old mechanic is on the other side of town. I'm always nervous about letting new shops work on my car. But these guys are great and are very professional! My car overheated. And keep leaking antifreeze. They found every leak and got it taken care of. They told me exactly what I needed and gave me a fair estimate and cost. I'll use them from now on for any of my car needs!

It was a late Friday afternoon and I needed a pre purchase inspection done. I found One Call Auto Mechanic. I talked to Matt and he couldn't get me in Friday but to come in 1st thing Saturday morning. He was very helpful and honest about the inspection and his findings. I was relieved. When I need auto service I will come to One Call. Thank you Matt and his staff.

One Call Auto Mechanic is AMAZING. My husband’s car broke down on Saturday and we towed it there last minute. Within two days they had diagnosed the issue and gotten to work on the car. My husband ended up getting the car back on literally a one work day turn around even during a snowstorm as well! You can’t beat One Call Auto Mechanic. Parts, labor, and replacement was fairly priced. Nobody tried to haggle with us for more business. Matt was very honest and kind-hearted. You could tell that there is a true passion for fixing and working on cars in this establishment. One Call Auto Mechanic is our new place to go for car problems, and we recommend that everyone at least gives this place a try too.

This is one of the best mechanics ever know in Columbus.I wish I could know them before.I had a terrible car break with my Nissan and on top to that the heat was not working perfect.They fix my brake at a very reasonable price you can imagine.They also check my heat at a free cost.The guy is amazing and I strong for any car mechanics please let them check your car.Happy New Year 2025 to all

I trust the mechanics here with my soul- They have not once harmed any of the cars I have brought in, have undeafeatable prices, and skills beyond comprehension. Before spending insane amounts at dealerships- contact Once Call Auto. They, 99% of the time, will be able to diagnose and complete the fix for almost half of what you are being quoted elsewhere.
