James helped my sister in law and went above and beyond. She was stuck on the top floor of the car park at CHCP (College of Healthcare Professions). He walked all the way to the top floor to find her and help her. He was a real blessing and even had a great convo that had a positive impact. James is the best and we would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Great service. We had a tire/wheel come off on the Sam Houston Tollway and it sheared off all six lugs. I found James on Google and called. He showed up quickly and took care of everything. The repaired required a trip to Autozone for lugs and lugs. I couldn’t ask for better service or price.

I called him during work to replace a flat tire- he arrived within thirty minutes and replaced the tire with a brand new one as well as pumped my other tires for me! I called to have some lug nuts to be loosened on my car cause they were to right from the tire shop using their hydraulic wrench… I called and he quoted me 89 dollars to take my lug nuts off. I declined and let it be. Then he pulls up less than 50ft away from where I told him I was. I approached him and asked him if he could loosen my tires and he’s like no it’s still gonna be 89 dollars. I wasn’t expecting it to be free but 89 dollars to take some lug nuts off. I would walk a hundred miles before I ever give this company my money. What a loser

Showed up on time, and despite me giving erroneous information, he still helped my and gave me a snack. I’ve never seen this kind of service before. I’m really appreciative.

With a good heart, James came up to help my senior parents to put on the backup tire in a shopping center when he saw them got flat tire and couldn’t handle it by themselves.
