I was on my way out of town for a two-hour drive back home and needed to get there that evening. My engine light turned on due to what I later learned was a problem with the temperature sensor. I pulled into a “big name” shop at 4:30pm and after describing the issue, was told they could not address it that day since they closed at 6:00pm. A quick Google search brought up the nearby “On The Road Again”. I called and was assured I could get assistance immediately. Paul and his team lived up to that assurance and were able to resolve my issue within an hour and for a very reasonable price. Not only that, they also alerted me to two other less time-sensitive issues with my vehicle. After notifying them of my time constraint, and understanding I couldn’t have the work done that day, they educated me on the problems, showing me the symptoms they saw, and how I could address them myself when I got home. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area!

My husband and I came home from traveling to find my car would not start. After many failed YouTube videos later we finally looked up a local mechanic that was responsive. Paul answered our call at 9:30pm and was able to get our car towed the next day. He was able to find and diagnosed the problem quickly, and was willing to go above and beyond and give us different options that fit our budget. We are very appreciative of his team and how professional they are. Hopefully we won't have to come back in the near future, but if we do it will definitely be with Paul and his team!

Great customer service & reasonably priced. I came here with a check engine light on my truck and he was able to diagnose the problem right away. He gave me a competitive rate to fix the issue and even provided me a video of the work being done. He goes above and beyond for his clients and will work with you.

Took my truck in and they started doing diagnostic testing right away and had great customer service skills. They all were so nice and explained everything. I felt very comfortable there cuz they were so professional. It’s hard to find that as a female these days. They are still working on my baby but I will say I felt good about leaving it with them. They will have my forever business that’s for sure.

I was in despair need of a mechanic, my car began to overheat and i didn’t know who to call. I had used a previous mechanic for this same issue. At this point I didn’t trust the previous mechanic so I googled mechanics in my area. “On the road again” came up and I saw that they were still available to call, on a Saturday at 6 in the evening, I was able to get a tow truck out to my location within an hour and my car was ready in less than 24 hours. The owner, Paul, was amazing! He kept me in the loop, explained the work that was done and gave me an unbearable price. I will definitely go back for any car issues in the future. Went to this establishment Friday March 8, 2024. Found this place on a recommendation from discount tire. Went to get a broken nut replaced. We were told $40 for the job. As they worked on our vehicle 2 more nuts broke and we were told they broke because the nuts were over torqued we told them discount tire was last to touch our tires. They proceeded to say discount tire was responsible and we should go to them and get reimbursed, we paid 219.03. We got to discount tire today Monday March 11, 2024 and spoke with Daniel told him what Paul told us and he said thats not what Paul told me. We then called Paul and had him on speaker. He the day of the repair told us not recommended that we had to replace the whole spindle. Today on speaker he says yeah 2 more broke but didn't say that discount tire over torqued. And said he recommended we replace the entire spindle but that wasn't what he said on Friday we were told we had to get the spindle. If you chose to go here beware and record any conversations you have with the employees or Paul. Better yet if you can record the entire repair so you have proof if they damage anything more. I wasn't going to write a review positive or negative and told Paul that but after he blatantly lied told different stories I felt the need to let the people aware of this place. Reply to Owner response: I didn't want you to lie to me I would've accepted the truth whatever it would have been even if I didn't like it. You told me discount tire over torqued it causing the break and told them something different. Your right God doesn't like ugly.

I can safely recommend this shop with great certainty! I found their number through FB when I needed a mobile mechanic. I made contact with the owner, and he was prompt in visiting my house, and he quickly figured out my car won't start due to the fuel pump needing to be replaced, and the gas tank needing cleaning. His prices were very reasonable, and affordable (I verified through the internet, and there were no signs of lying/price gouging), and he worked with me despite my many complications. I can't recommend this shop enough. Good, honest workers who actually care about the people they provide services for.

I ended up taking my truck to Paul's house because he had no shop at the time. He looked it over and told me he would fix it for 1800 total and 1300 down. Next think you know, it ended up 2000 total. Long story short, nothing got done to my truck and I had to pull my truck off his property. I never got any money back and ended up fixing it myself. I even ended up having to correct issues he created. What a rip off.

This shop was great!! Came in to replace all 8 of my Ignition Coil Connectors, other shops were over pricing me like crazy, but Paul took me in with a great price and got me out within hours. I put a lot of money into my truck so I'm very finicky about who works on it, and I can say without a doubt I will be coming back with more work. Thanks guys.
