Very quick and straightforward which was great. Went to a dealer who told me it was going to be 90 minutes to do an oil change. These guys came to my house and did it in 30 with no lying about something wrong with the car to make a buck.

I’m so glad I found On the Go for my oil change! The convenience of having the service done at my home was a game-changer. The technician was on time, friendly, and worked efficiently. Julio came to my house at 2pm to change the oil on my truck. He was finished by 2:45 and I didn’t have to leave the comfort of my own home or stop working . I will only use Julio now for my oil changes. I highly recommend On The Go!

I called On the Go at 10:20 am to inquire about an appointment. 90 minutes later, Julio was pulling into the parking lot of my job to service my car. That's right. I got my car serviced while I was at work. Talk about convenient. Julio was professional, polite, and engaging. Try On the Go's fast, fair service for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

I wouldn't recommend this company at all! After making the appointment I was called by Juilo saying that he wouldn't be able to make the appointment that was scheduled. I said no problem. He stated that he was in Cane Bay and he could stop by after finishing up the previous customer around (12pm). I said no problem, I will be home all day. 12pm came and gone no one showed up. Someone did call but I was cleaning up and did not hear. Once I saw the missed call I immediately called back multiple times to get in touch with Juilo; no answer or call back until the end of his workday. I understand things can happen. Ultimately, no one ever showed up, but he could tell me that the car in question wasn't in my driveway. No one ever came to ring the doorbell or anything. If you don't want to work or feel it's not worth your time then just say that. If Moncks Corner is too far for you, then don't service my area. I have no issues paying one hundred or even two hundred dollars for a service that I need, because I'm always at Firestone. Also, don't send another individual to complete the work when you've stated on your website that you would be the one conducting the actual service to keep pricing low. That's why there's miscommunication on your end. Very unhappy with you, Juilo!

This is our 2nd time using Julio and On the Go Oil Change services! The convenience of having an oil change done in my driveway or any location is the top reason we chose him! Having a busy schedule and family makes it hard to spend all day at your local auto body shop / dealer to get an oil change done. His prices are affordable and he is super responsible, reliable and a great guy! 100% recommend!! Thanks again Julio!
