Had to have a water pump replaced. Same day service , no hassles. Warranty . Friendly, respectful, family oriented. Younger guys with an old school customer service mentality. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend On and Off Road Express in Slidell. David was really helpful and I am super pleased with the work that was done! I had previously been to 3 others shops and they fixed things I paid for but didn't fix the problem. My vehicle repair was actually complete at a fair price, never bringing my car anywhere else!

I was headed to Jacksonville, FL. and running late, as usual. I had to stop for gas and noticed a huge screw in my tire. On & Off was the closest automobile repair shop I could find. I pulled in around lunchtime and met Dustin. Unfortunately for me, the office staff and sales manager were on their lunch break, and the shop was backed up with other projects. Once I told Dustin my situation, he was determined to find a way to assist. When i went to pay the invoice, the debit machines were down, and I didn't have any cash. Dustin could've easily made his life a lot simpler and told me to go somewhere else, but he didn't want to leave me stranded, and told me, "It was on the shop!" Dustin put everything else on hold and repaired my tire for free! I know one thing is certain, this world needs a lot more people like Dustin.

I was traveling from out of town and needed quick service and after calling around the area, David and his team were the only ones to help me out. I went there to have my tire sensor reset when I mentioned to the very nice man behind the counter that it was the noisest car I had ever own. He offered to have someone test drive it to check it out. Well it turn out that I had a wheel barring that was bad. The guys there took me in without an appointment and made sure that my car was safe to drive before I left. Now my used car drive like a new car. I called around to see how the price was for what they did on my car. They were the lowest price I found for that type of repair. They will be getting my business from now on.

I was at work today unable to take my wife's 2016 Chevy tahoe to get an oil change. Call up and set up an appointment with seconds she was on the books and they could get it done right then and there. Even though it took my wife an hour to get there because was shopping🙄 they still took care of her when she arrived and it was less then 15 mins she was in and out. Also because of the awesome tech they have the job was done right. My wife also informed that my son and her were treated nicely by the staff💯. This is my first time using these guy and it won't be my last. Thank yall so much 🙂🙂🙂
