This was my first visit, I'm here to correct a COSTLY MISTAKE made by 👑 kings wheels! I bought rims for a Volvo after putting on the aftermarket rims, they put the Volvo lug nuts back on the manufactured rims! This caused me even more FUNDS!!! Having to figure out why my Volvo was riding so BAD!!!! NOW, I'm here with Jonathan at Omar's getting that Problem that I feel was done out of ugliness CORRECTED! LESSON LEARNED ALL BUSINESS ISN'T GOOD BUSINESS, WHEN THAT BUSINESS SHOULDN'T HAVE A BUSINESS because of UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

Ordered a set of forgiatos 10/19/2024, was told I’d get them in 4-6 weeks. It’s 1/31/2025 and I still haven’t received any wheels. All I get is excuses saying they messed up, they received 3 wheels and not the 4th one, then saying they’re fixing them and will be here in 2 weeks, 2 months go by and now saying they started making the wheels 2 weeks ago. Really unprofessional.

Compramos un set de llantas y rines el vendedor cero servicio al cliente solo tenía prisa por cerrar la venta y el que sigue, cuando llegamos a montar el set no quedó y eso que se le preguntó al vendedor varias veces y se le dieron las especificaciones de la camióneta, según las entregó balanceadas lo cual fue mentira, quisimos hablar con él para comentarle lo que pasó y buscar una solución y nunca regresó la llamada. Falta de profesionalismo, falta de seriedad, espero que estén regulados por alguna institución por que su falta de responsabilidad puede ocasionar accidentes viales, es la última vez que compramos en este lugar por mentirosos y tranzas, solo quieren vender y el cliente les importa un cacahuate. Creen que te están haciendo un favor, mal servicio, pésimo producto.

These guys run up to you when you pull in and get you taken care of quickly. They are eager to work within your budget and don’t get pushy about trying to up sell you. I can spend hours browsing through all of their wheels, great selection.

Took them 2 months to get my American Force which they told me it would only take 2 weeks and are not new like they claim to be. Terrible service could not get Tito to respond to my messages or calls I had to make multiple trips up there and they would always make some type of excuse. My wheels had a lot of scratches and looked like there have been a stem valve placed on them before. I called Moe aka the manager to make him aware of the situation and he just laughed and kept telling me that they were new and hung up. Do not buy from Omar wheels you will regret it! Buy from somewhere else and avoid this place it is straight garbage!!

Price of rims were good and the salesman Zee was helpful but don't trust them to road force balance wheels or properly swap out TPMS sensors. I'd recommend going to a shop that takes a bit more time taking care of your ride. I took my truck to Texas Tires in Fort Worth afterwards because balance was off, they didn't even balance a couple tires and the bead wasn't set on another. Again, a good spot to purchase, but not a good spot to get them mounted & balanced. I'd seek assistance elsewhere if you can.
