Came in yesterday because I needed tires balanced. Drove off with the same problem. Supposedly they did everything in like 5 minutes.

I drove my slammed pickup truck to NC from Ontario and due to a crappy alignment I almost wore through the front tires. He gave me a wicked deal on 2 used Michelin tires. Mounted and balanced them and was in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommended!

I went and got an alignment the manager im assuming is Omar he is a pretty nice guy he told me $89 for their services the mechanics in the back supposedly done my alignment and didn't even tell me my tie rod was loose and gonna need replacing and then they started talking in their language and looks at me and tell me $99 , so overall my experience wasn't really good.... I did pay $89 and it feel like they even tried to do an alignment but Please don't let me discourage you it could've just been a bad day...

Had tires mounted and installed here and they torqued down the lug nuts way too tight. Bout a 1/2” impact wrench to try and remove them and still won’t budge. The wheel studs will probably break off when the lugs finally come off. Thanks for nothing.

My daughter came in to get tire fixed and he told her the tire couldn’t be fixed because she was young and not knowledgeable about buying used tires I feel as though he took advantage of her sold her a defective tire and said it was driving like that because her rim was bent which was a lie. Took the car to Walmart brought 4 new tires and was told I can get a refund for the rim because I didn’t need it, in fact the tire had a bubble in it. Buyer be ware of this tire place because of their unfair practice.

No tienen cuidado con los rines los rayan y los dañan cobran muy caro y si les reclamas te dicen que no es su culpa,siempre aprietan demasiado las tuercas muy mal lugar más con los dos muchachos nuevos que tiene trabajando ahí que no saben trabajar ni tratar a la gente.

TERRIBLE place to get tires. I came for ONE tire replacement. It was overpriced and they screw on the bolts soo tightly that 3 out of the 5 of them broke on my tire. I had to fix it myself and redo their mess. Don’t even bother coming to this place.

These guys were really great and personable made sure I got my tire right then and there and not only that, but it though it was price I found around in concord and in charlotte, I was in and out within fifteen to twenty mand yes, I would recommend them to anyone

They will give you tires with nails in them, and instead of fixing their mistake will say “there’s no warranty and you could have picked up a nail anywhere”. They also somehow “forget” to put the valve cap back on your tires.

Tried to charge me $80 for a used tire! This spot is a scam and when you try to ask questions all of a sudden nobody speaks English smh DO NOT USE!

Came in on a Sunday to replace a tire. I was told cash only even though right on the sign it shows the sign of cards being accepted as payments. He told me to walk to the atm next door so I did even though I was already thrown off. I come back and he says the valve stem is messed up and it will be $10 more dollars. So I had to go to the atm again and pull out more cash. I asked him why he doesn’t take cash when the sign states on the building that they do. He said again.: on Sunday they don’t take card. I know he is just putting that money in his pocket. Had I known it was “cash only Sunday” I would have brought cash. Then he tried to take payment without a receipt so I asked for one. I will not be returning to this shop.

I've driven by this place so many times, but finally had an opportunity to pull in and get my tire plugged. Wow, they were super friendly, professional, and fast. You can just stand there in the shade of the big tree and pet the sweet guard dog and watch your tire get repaired. It was cool watching them work on other cars right there in the lot. I was also very surprised by how inexpensive the service was. I love supporting a small business whenever I can, and this was a great experience. It's been about a month, and no issues whatsoever. Thank you ❤️

I’ve been buying used tires for over a decade and this place is the best. I will never go to another shop for great deals on tires. They mount and balance! Plus the dog is great
