These people are scamming people they called me 12/16/24 asked if I had received my original insurance adjustment check for $882.25 I said no. And then they said never mind we have it here. And then 12/19/24 they called me at work around 3:30 pm they said car was ready but that it's misfires and the alignment was screwed up badly. My car was hit in front of my house on 12/2/24 the driver door was mangled into the front quarter panel and would not shut. I went to pick it up 12/23/24 today there was nothing mechanically wrong with the engine or the alignment. These guys are shady so many red flags. 😂🤣

"I do not recommend trusting these people to work on your car. After receiving the repair estimate, my vehicle was towed three to four days later without my consent. When I asked Omar if he would consider purchasing the car due to the expensive repairs, he decided to get my vehicle towed without notifying me. When I contacted the tow truck service to retrieve my vehicle, they demanded payment for its release. Both parties may be collaborating to take advantage of unsuspecting individuals. All I wanted was to receive fair compensation for the value of my car as it was, but instead, I was mistreated." See attached text of our conversation. This guy's was so disrespectful.

It was once a good place when Omar was running his own business now they have pompice little troll by the name of Fred the most crooked slimeball in the world I'm sueing their company with Dallas precinct 3 judge Jones because of the lies and scam Fred did to me I had to call the cops but stay away from that place not only that I see why they had a mass shooting and Fred was involved in the dispute scamming people out their integrity money and patience they need to fire this guy

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️🚷🚷🚷🚷🚷🚷🚷🚷🚷 This man is the most arrogant and deceitful human being I have ever seen. I took my car here the first day he gave me a quote, and after we agreed on the price, I told him I was coming back the next day but I was unable to to do so due to my job commitment on the 3rd day, he change every price and act like he has never seen me before, and when I told him about the earlier quote he gave me, he ordered me out of his shop, told me never to come again. I will never recommend this business to anyone, be warned.

FRED IS THE BESTTTT!!!! HE HAS BEEN WORKING ON MY CAR FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS NOW (OVER TIME) HE JUST REPLACED MY AC COMPRESSOR AND WHEN I TELL YOU IT IS BLOWING SNOW BALLS IT'S DOING JUST THAT!!!! I'M COMPLETELY SATISFIED (PER USUAL). (2016 HYUNDAI ACCENT) TAKE IT TO FRED!!!!!! HE IS ALSO REASONABLE!!!! WHETHER YOU BUY YOUR PART FROM HIM OR BUY IT YOURSELF HE HAS GREAT DEALS!!!!!!

Omar was such a wonderful person to meet on our long drive to the west coast. Our water guard was torn off due to the rain so we took it in and Omar fixed it on the spot for us. He seems like a very honest mechanic, if we lived in the area, we would definitely be a regular customer. It’s rare to meet people so kind.

I was so shocked at one of the owners at Omar he has never been rude to me I was having bad car problems I was talking to him he was yelling at me mind you I got off at 2 pm didn't get to his spot stranded on side of the rode car shut down on me .didn't get to his place till 6 pm . He basically told me he was having a bad day I offered to pay him as always he told me to get the Hell out his shop he was having a bad day that's what he told me. I will not ever recommend Omar shop to anyone . I'm shocked at him .
