Found Niño right After he moved from Pearl Rd to West 33rd. My First time going. Got a simple tune up. He gave the car back as though there was no issue and it was running extremely rough. Instead of putting in new coils, he only changed the boots on the coils. Told me that the new spark plugs were “too powerful“ for the old coils and that is the reason it was running rough. Wanted me to pay for new coils ($50+ each, and I needed 6), my car was cutting off, and he went out of town for a week! I went to another shop who opened the hood and found a spring on the motor. Turns out that when he changed the boots, the springs fell out of the coils and that is why it was running rough, cutting off, misfiring, and the check engine light was on. He clearly caused the problem and tried to get me to pay for it!! Stay away!

I can not reccomend this place any higher! My car was overheating as we were about to start our trip back home to Chicago and they were happy to take care of us and get us back on the road quickly. Nino made my kids feel extra welcome and occupied by giving them snacks and juice while we waited. We were super lucky to come across such an amazing mechanic I just wish I was closer as I definitely would be happy to bring all my cars here. Nino is amazing and I am so happy with the help he gave us.

I had my car sent here through a friend. Took over a week to diagnose which is fine. Said it was a high pressure fuel pump. Paid to get it done. Then the part was bad which happens thats okay no problem. That one gets put on and the next day after i pick it up the car breaks down. I try calling back to see why this is happening, no call back after a few times. Now i paid good hard earned money for the problem to not be fixed and then for this company to not call back is really unprofessional and just shows they do not care about their customers satisfaction. Also when i was picking my car up there was a pry bar underneath my hood by my serpentine belt which if i was driving definitely would have messed something up. I was super nice and understanding through the whole experience but for them to not call back when my car broke down the next day is is just ridiculous. Will not be sending my car back. And would not recommend anyone to go here.
