I've had my first and last encounter with this location. I walked in off the street inquiring about getting an estimate for repairs done on my vehicle. I was asked if this would be processed through insurance and I said yes. When asked what insurance I was told by the young lady at the front counter that a "second or third opinion" quote would not be provided. My insurance would advise me that I have to commit to having the repairs done there at that shop. Essentially, I would have to ok this location to do the repairs to my car blindly with them to operate off of a blank check. Your young lady acted as if she spoke on behalf of the insurance as if she moonlights as an insurance adjuster. I have never in my life heard of anything of this sort. I cannot believe this tactic trying to manipulate clientele into getting services done. Funny, I called my insurance immediately after leaving this shop and my insurance agent said that was completely false. I was advised BY MY INSURANCE to get THREE DIFFERENT QUOTES FROM THREE DIFFERENT FACILITIES. Perhaps you should either educate your young lady or get some new front desk help. I will never go back to this shop.

PLEASE READ TILL END After an almost $10,000 est from u people saying we needed new radiator and hoses and all new ac system we didnt need ANY of that. The compressor was just jammed and the radiator cap had to be replaced so after doing those things and a few ontheres we spent $1,100 now i wonder how much u have ripped me off over the 8 years with the 5 diff vehicles we have sent up there not to mention the countless referrals foe our friends and family!!!! Edited ** took vehicle to another mechanic only to be told that the computer was fried due to being jumped improperly.Okc auto works jumped it multiple times literally even right in front of me only to lie to my husband and say that didn't happen. So I guess we will have to seek legal counsel since they refuse to take responsibility for anything!! NEW REVIEW Now we are in a situation we purchased a vehicle for my son. We took it up there told them about the lights on dash (none of them were check engine) and that we had to jump start it but it ran after that. (was driven multiple times for long periods of time.) They had it for 2 weeks after I was supposed to receive an estimate within 48 hours. We asked them to look over and make sure everything's safe and see what's wrong. There were some LED lights added around truck they were supposed to do an oil change and see if lights were causing issues due to miswiring. We call, we call, we continue to call to finally be given an estimate of $10,000... they said the only thing they did was move and replace fuses. I pick up vehicle and I don't even make it a mile before I lose all power Thank God I wasn't on highway but on service road. I call repeatedly to be put off. Finally they come out with jump box even after I told them I needed it towed. I sit on side of road for over an hour alone with homeless men coming to the door I was terrified ... the sheriff comes and sits woth me till the tow truck owner finds me then he waits for truck with me. Meanwhile my daughter sits on the side of road trying to make her way home in freezing weather since I was stranded. They took forever it was impossible to get someone on phone I called at least 20 times it was totally ridiculous. Then they take it back and tell us it's not their fault it's the computer. The funny thing is that $10000 estimate didn't say anything about battery, starter, alternator, anything to do with computer or anything else that would even hint to that being wrong. The truck was running just fine when we took it in. Now we have a vehicle that won't even start and has no power and they are refusing to take responsibility for anything. Thanks for making sure it was safe like we asked before you sent me on my way. Yes we were waiting on repair to discuss what needed to be done 1st but nothing was ever said about it being unsafe to drive...Mind you we have spent thousands of dollars at the place on multiple vehicles over multiple years. We thought we had a place we could trust...guess we were wrong. Also, my husband tried dealing with Tracey and Brian who couldn't seem to get their stories straight about what exactly that was done and weather they had to jump start it before they gave it back to me not among other things!! We tried to speak with owner just to let him know the full situation and we haven't been allowed to speak with him. He usually doesn't talk to customers I was told after I had to call from restricted number just to get them to answer in 1st place! Only to be told after repeated attempts to talk with owner that the vehicle was ready and they will tow it for us just to try to be done dealing with us! Apparently no one talks to owner or really even Brian Tracey is the one everyone is allowed to talk to which is crazy to me considering he never knows what's going on with anything!! This by far has been the worst customer service experience in my life

I would not hesitate to recommend OKC auto works to any of my friends or family. I've been a customer for the last 15 years and both of my vehicles still look new.

Was referred to this location by a reputable friend. Never been but the service provided was greatly appreciated. Had an issue arise after the pickup of my vehicle and they were more than willing to give it a look to correct it. If you want quality work done by professionals, I would recommend going here.

Clean building, professional staff, I was updated throughout the process with text messages. I’d recommend them and I’d use them again. I used the body shop part of their service.

I had a fantastic experience! They did a phenomenal job on my truck repair (front body work), worked with my insurance, and kept me in the loop. I HIGHLY recommend this shop! I’m pretty picky about mechanic work of any sort and they were absolutely top notch!

I had a great experience with OKC Autoworks. I had no issues with the work completed. They communicated with me from start to finish providing me updates about when my car would be ready. Heather was really nice and ensured any questions I had were answered.

They worked on my truck alignment last year and didn’t fix the problem. The front wheels still get waisted on one side very fast. I brought it back for them to work on it again and they had it for 10 hours even tho I was there very early in the morning to drop it off and they didn’t work on it. They said I needed to replace the tie rods and ball joints. I took it to a different shop and they said that alignment is all it needed.

I Didnt like that they put a scratch front head light i saw some extra scratch that didnt have on truck bed and on the bottom a damaged piece plastic that didnt fixed but what did like that they cleaned and washe my truck

I broke down outside of OKC and chose them based on reviews. They took me in Friday afternoon,’William checked the battery and codes. By 4:30 pm they had it diagnosed and said it should be ready Monday. Monday morning I was rolling. Tracy and Mr. Wilson were very helpful and gracious. Thank you

OKC Auto Works was wonderful! Several family members had used their services and recommended them. I would also recommend them because of the care and commitment they gave during this process. If I ever need auto body repairs again, I will be a return customer!

Very excellent service!! Man, I'm not sure where to start... I am very pleased! If your car needs fixed up, or even repaired after a collision, OKC Autoworks is the place to go! Everyone is so super caring and sweet, from the front desk lady, to the nuts and bolts, and everything in between! Friendly and Nice. Service Desk never talked over me and made sure they understood what I wanted done. Very Clean Restroom. It was one of the few times I have had a Wheel Alignment done and then driving from their shop, I could tell my vehicle drove so much better. It's so relieving to find a place I know I can come back to in the future and not be taken advantage of...

Take your car or truck in, don't hesitate get it repaired and driving without fear of a break down. Tires, body shop, new engine, general repairs and maintenance. 20 year old Suburban looks and runs like new. Attention to detail and if they miss a detail take it back and it will be fixed. Repairs with a warranty are always honored, they keep up with the details. Absolutely the most honest and trusted car repair in OKC. The owner even took in a cracked swimming pool slide and made repair. Small, family owned businesses should be supported by all of us.
