Quick, hassle free, makes me really rethink all those miserable long waits in a lobby at the dealership, when the change here took maybe 35 mins total, from drive in to out, not having to leave your car is a plus. Friendly mechanics, and great deal on first time oil change with the online code, plus a second oil change with 30$ off to give to someone else I know or to use on a second vehicle in the next 2 weeks. Worth it, will be coming back.

Everyone professional and personable. It's a little drive for me, but, it's worth the trip. I always go there before I make my trip back to Mississippi. I will always go here when I'm visiting family in Tucson.

I had the disadvantage of getting behind a diesel truck in the right bay. Three other cars arrived into the left bay and we're waited on, completed and gone. I was stuck behind this truck, still didn't get my oil changed. I ended up getting out of my car, asking the cars in line behind me to let me out and I left. If you know a vehicle will take longer, close the bay to incoming vehicles so they are not trapped. In all my years of going to this business, this is my first complaint. Ya'll know which vehicles will take lengthy amounts of time.

Courteous, professional, ethical, and hospitable. They treat you like they appreciate your business, and want you to come back by the service they provide. All the staff appear very knowledgeable, and equipped to do their jobs. Plus the manager and/or owner is a servant leader getting his hands dirty with the crew. The only draw back is the excessive materials they try to sell you along with your oil change, but at the same time it's a business so I understand.

i have always come to have my vehicle’s serviced here since we moved to Tucson last year. This time upon checking my transmission fluid level the plug was broken. I wasn’t happy about it but the manager took it upon himself to go to dealer and get a new plug came back and attempted to remove the broken plug out he couldn’t so he removed the pan and took it across the street to get it removed and got it all put back together filled it and i wasn’t charged this has made me a customer for life! Other shops probably would have said anything but Oilstop did and i thank you!!!
