I've stopped by Oil Works for years to get my oil changed and have always received prompt, friendly service. But recently I came in to check on brake fluid because of grinding noise emanating from my rear brakes. Jonathan was working that day and diagnosed that my brake pads and rotors were shot and needed to be replaced. I asked if there was any chance he could help. Within 90 minutes the parts had arrived and Jonathan had installed them while I went out and had a burger. His courtesy, skill and prompt installation went way above and beyond. Oil Works is much more than a convenient place to have your oil changed; it's one of the best auto repair places I've ever been to.

Gonzo is a really down to earth guy, went to get an oil change after getting a used car. Was helpful and straight forward. Really quick change, less than 15 mins

I called to see if I needed to make an appointment to get an admissions test done. The gentleman said no appointments needed. So I decided to get in my car and go to get the test done, when I arrived the gentleman told me the admissions test machine is not working. Wish you would have told me that over the phone before I wasted 20 minutes driving to that facility

I’ve been going to Oil Works for a very long time. It was never manned by guys trying to make a hard sale. I’m especially leery when the customers don’t know anything about cars and are easy prey. These guys push hard and make you think your car is falling apart if you don’t take immediate action. I asked for them top off my fluids and they said they aren’t allowed to do that anymore— company policy. I’ll be looking for somewhere else to get an oil change!

An oil change and state inspection took over an hour. It was time to replace the air filter, so I agreed to let them do it. They went out and found a $45 air filter that they had to order in(without asking me) and supposedly gave me a $12 discount on which meant my $20 off an oil change coupon wasn't valid. A procedure which should have been around $110 wound up costing $150. Would caution anyone to avoid this oil change spot.

Best service experience I’ve ever had! Mike and Gonzo were fantastic—honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They replaced both of my rear rotors and brakes at a reasonable price while taking the time to explain everything in detail. Mike was incredibly flexible and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right—their workmanship truly shows. They make servicing the car easy, and I highly recommend this place!

This is the best car shop i’ve ever been to in my life!! Whitney and Johnathon seriously have gone above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of. They are always fast and reliable no matter what your car needs. I’ve brought my car here 5 times already for oil changes, inspection, and now a repair and they do an amazing job everytime! They are so kind and always explain everything to me which is so nice because i’m not a car person. They make me feel taken care of and I have full trust in them and you should too! I’ll never take my car anywhere else!! :)

Always go to Oil Works Lube for my oil change. Staff is always friendly and Whitney is a great Regional Manager making sure they had everything needed for my vehicle. Even sent her one technician to get an air filter that they didn’t have. They rock!!
