Went in on 1/30/2025 very quick and efficient on the oil change and wiper blades. Explanation was well detailed and already put my veterans discount on without having to say it. I will be going back today for transmission and coolant flush because of the friendly professional service I received yesterday!! Thanks guys much appreciated!!

Phenomenal service. That got in quick, took care of my oil change fast and easy. Even gave a quick follow up call after I left not even 2 minutes later to let me know I forgot something at their location. Definitely planning on going there regularly.

I have been a customer at this Oil Express location for almost 25 years and all of the technicians servicing my vehicle have always been pleasant, efficient, and informative. It's always a positive customer experience. I highly recommend these guys for oil changes, and basic maintenance like transmission fluid replacement, radiator flushes, etc.

Not a good experience. Did oil change then suddenly had a dead battery when I had no issues prior. Then they didn’t seem to be in a hurry but wanted to charge $200 for a battery I could get for $80 somewhere else. Will never go back. Got a deal on groupon was only reason I did it there. Don’t go there it’s not worth it.

This is seriously the best express oil change place ever the staff treated me great and looked at every aspect of my vehicle and I took care of all the maintenance that was needed plus they do more than just oil changes they do tires and brakes aswell

Never had an issue with these guys in the 20+ years I’ve been coming here. Between riding in the backseat of my mom’s car to bringing my own cars here once I started driving. These guys get it done quick, and are very knowledgeable and honest about what needs replaced and what could realistically wait.

Hello, this was my first time using Oil Express. I normally do my oil changes on my 1970 Challenger Convertible. I was told by a friend that oil express would take great care of my Challenger. I called before going to OE. I needed to make sure they had an oil filter for the car.( most places do not). After talking to the technician he assured me that they would have one to fit. All the technicians were overwhelmed by this car. Oil Express did exactly what my neighbor told me, took very good care of my Challenger. I will definitely be taking the Challenger there again. Thanks to all the technicians at oil express for the great care. I will recommend oil express to my friends.

I went into Oil Express Eastgate to get an oil change and new windshield wipers. Nathan suggested I get my tires rotated and I did. Turns out, two tires were badly worn on the inside. I went straight to Tire Discounters Eastgate, spoke to Jim who found the only matching tires for me at their Mt. Orab location. Jim called Steve, in Mt. Orab, told him I was coming & to give me $50 off. Steve checked my alignment and found it was way off. He got that all fixed and me and my new tires were on our way. Thanks to Nathan, Jim and Steve for keeping me safe on the road! 😄

I've been using this location for over 5 years. It doesn't matter who I get, they are always friendly, not pushy, and they do a careful but quick job. Every. Single. Time. Usually in and out in 10 minutes if I'm just getting my oil changed. If you haven't gone here yet, why not?!

When I pulled up to the building, they waved me in right away. They changed my oil in about 10 minutes. They were extremely nice. Everything went really well. The prices are very reasonable.
