I am so grateful for their service today! Amazing customer service! My husband hit a skunk in my car and the skid plate was damaged. I had no idea! Robert offered to take it off and put a new one back on once I bought a new one. They were quick, let me know the previous oil change service (done at Firestone) used the wrong oil filter. Firestone also didn’t put the plug back on correctly and I was at risk of losing oil. Robert explained all of this and his staff was so nice and helpful! They checked my brake lights and they also honored the military discount. The only oil change place I’ll come back to! So grateful! Thank you!

Bring both vehicles here, lube techs are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are fare considering other places and it’s very quick. Jiffy Lube could learn a thing or two from oil changers practices.

Was a good experience, Robert and Juan were friendly and Robert took the time to explain what they saw and provided a copy of recommended services needed for my vehicle they were quick and thorough. I will definitely be returning for future services.

Fast and affordable service. I love that I get to stay in my truck. Robert the manager, Mike and all the staff are always friendly and they don’t try to sell you on every little thing. I bring all my cars here and recommend them over anyone else in town.

Not a very good location the angle of the bays on each side are angled and it’s hard to drive directly through them. You have to finagle your car.

First visit to this shop where I had my oil, transmission and differential fluids changed. Best experience in town ever! Great staff, fair prices, best military discount I’ve seen, you stay in your vehicle which makes things go much faster as I found out. Only place I’m going from now on.

Quick, easy, and open on the weekends. I also appreciate that when I asked them to change my air filter, they reminded me that I got it done last time and didn't need a new one yet, instead of charging me for something I didn't need.

Service on 11/12/24. Oil change, routine. This particular store earned a five-star rating from me, and here is why. From start to finish, the goal was to get me back on the road quickly, and I was running errands on my lunch break. The staff alerted me the filter needed was not in stock. However I could still have my oil change done, if I could wait about 10 minutes for the staff to get filter from nearby auto-part store. Weird. Because days prior, the Oil Changers Chico store, told me on a Sunday early afternoon my filter wasn't in stock for a week. And to come back in to check on it. YUBA CITY store says it is actually a part of their service to go get the filter from somewhere for you if it is out of stock. Even on my way from Chico to Yuba City, I had considered stopping at the Oil Changers in Oroville, should my schedule permit. The tech who answered my phone call, said if they didn't have my filter they could run into a store nearby for me to get it installed, no extra charge. Not sure if Chico store was just having an off day, so be it. Of course that happens. But the Yuba City store definitely helped smooth over an odd store experience that wasn't theirs. And I shared this at the end of my visit, so they had no idea until I had already cashed out. Great staff, all were super helpful. I learned the importance of regular maintenance for a couple things I had forgotten about. So that was nice, and it felt like a safe place for women to go to about car stuff without being belittled. Definitely recommend to all :) Thank you for being kind, efficient and helpful.

This was my first visit to Oil Changers in Yuba City. It is now my go to place for oil changes and all those things we seem to neglect checking. The people there are knowledgeable, nice, quick and efficient. Their prices are good and with a military discount definitely a good deal. It is a drive in and stay in the car sort of service that makes you feel like you are a part of what is going on and not being surprised by any service that may be needed. They make you feel welcome. I may actually get my car serviced in time now.

The people treat you with respect they respect your vehicle and to let you know the truth this company is the only company I am going to use for now on I like to be respected by a company like this one they treat you like family and I like that they are very professional they are very friendly and they also give you information about a lot of things happening with your vehicle.

We had our chevy oil service done and are very pleased again. The process of explaining what they are doing as they do it is excellent. They thoroughly check lights and tire pressure to make sure you are safe. They recommend services but never pressure. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks again for taking care of us!
