I was very pleased with the fast service that was provided. Although it was within the last hour they got me in and out with no attitude and it was cold. I really appreciated the service. You may want to check the opening hours online.

Terrible customer service!!! Went there today for an oil change, specifically because I had a $15 coupon. When I went back to get my car, the female working up front said I couldn't use my coupon because I got an oil change and an emissions test. I'm sorry...what? That makes no damn sense. I asked her to split the bill to apply the coupon and she said she couldn't. Long story short...useless customer service. I will NOT be going back ever. This place used to be my go to spot.

My car shut down and there was a little bit of smoke coming out from under the hood. I took it to oil changers and they said they flushed the coolant system refilled it and told me the car was good to go. The car started smoking again and shut down. I called them and they said oh it’s probably just residual coolant that needed to burn off it’s good to drive. Same thing happened so I had it towed to a second garage. They told me the car now had engine damage and it cost a whole lot to fix. Oil Changers will not reimburse for that expensive fix or for the transportation I got for work while my car was being fixed. They will reply here stating that my car had a problem not caused by them, they take no responsibility for their mechanic's mistake or of the extensive damage that happened after their 'fix'. I had to take them to small claims court and their attorney told the judge I had not serviced my car in three years, a lie. Steer clear of this place.

I have been back 7 times to finish an inspection. They charged me but their fuel cap tester was messed up. So they said to go to one of their other shops to finish. No one is ever on duty. Seven trips and all I have is a bill from them. The regional manager was in his car out front but wouldn't even talk to me. These shops are a dumpster fire

Nathan was my tec for state inspection. Here is how he exceded my expectations...My Jeep did not pass computer check going on 3 months and 2x inspections per month. to get my old jeep to omputer would not pass requiring me to add mi. I stopped in oil changers and Nathan remembered me and the Jeeps problem. Nathan took care of me right away and did not charge me knowing I had payed before not passing

Noticed on my invoice that stated certain things were done. I saw that tire pressure was checked and I know I had low pressure from the temperature drop. I didn’t see anyone check. Had to ask them to do it. The blonde kid said “oh my bad.” Then I noticed when I left my low windshield washer fluid said low on my dashboard. Drove back and asked them to fill it. Same kid said “oh my bad.” I’m actually curious if they even changed the oil filter which I will check tomorrow. 100 dollar oil change should make sure everything is checked off without a “my bad”

Fast service and mostly reasonable prices but upsell is a bit sketchy. Just be careful about agreeing to anything extra. I was going to use a $15 off coupon for oil change plus free additives and was told they could use a better coupon for $25 with wiper blade replacements. What they didn't mention is that it cost $30 extra and now they also charge you for the addictive so effectively I paid $40 extra ($15+$5+$20) for new wiper blades I didn't need.

I arrived for an oil change this morning and there was no wait, it was supposed to be a 15 minute procedure. It took almost two hours and they charged me $120! On top of that, they got grease and oil all over the inside of my car and the floor mat. They did offer a free shampoo, but that is not close to fixing this. This place is horrible, they have no regard for the customer’s time, money, or property. AVOID! Updated November 15, 2024. After corresponding with the manager, Oil Changers offered to refund my oil change and shampoo the floor mat of my car. Let it be known that when these guys make mistakes, they do make the effort to correct them.

I never got to disrespect in my whole life I came in for a interview nobody never tell me that I got hired to start work so I asked anyway I could put in my two weeks at my other job they told me no so I think it was wrong and not right to let me put in my two weeks I feel like I got disrespect they keep telling me that I got on camera they saw me sign documents and told me I got hired holla supposed to know I got hired and nobody can call me or talk to me that I got hired I feel like I got disrespect and got treated as a wrong person I would never want to work with this company the way I got treated

Came in for an inspection and was told that I would fail because my window did not work. They then, lo and behold, proceeded to sell me on their services to fix my window. Note that my car has passed inspection for the past 5 years with the window issue. The service manager tried to tell me that the police are cracking down and if I got pulled over he would be concerned for my safety (implying that the cops would shoot me or something of that nature). I guess this is a fear tactic that they use on a lot of their female drivers to scare them into purchasing their services. I called the DPS the next day who confirmed that my car would not fail inspection if it did not go down. Windows tinting is the only part of the window needed in the inspection. Scummy sale tactics but at least they were pleasant in trying to lie to my face and gouge me out of my hard earned money. I will not be coming back and will not be having my other references come back either.
