I have been getting my oil changed with these guys for a couple of years and it used to be so exciting to get help with my car and knowing that my oil filter did get replaced because my last car was shot after finding out that I had not been getting a new oil filter. I will go somewhere else to make sure this did get replaced but my one star review is on the fact that there was one girl who carried The tablet with the machine you pay on six or seven guys were standing around talking and smoking cigarettes. My fluids did not get checked tire pressures did not get checked. I had to ask for a printout on what I might need to get done as far as other fluids that needed to be replaced. I do know my tires are due for rotation. No one said a word about that. I mentioned to the lady that things sure have changed around here. she laughed and she said yes there’s new management. She walked away to go finish her conversation with the other guys. I sat in my car and waited. I finally got tired of waiting got out of my car and asked can I pay so I can go? I had already been there 30 minutes she looked surprised that I was done and says I’ll be right there. I waited another five minutes for her to finish her conversation. It looked like it was just a big chat room I drove off after all of this occurred. Had to turn around and come back because my oil light suggestion was still on. This by far was the worst service and I thought Jiffy was bad.. I don’t need an apology and all of that bs that your automated response will send because I won’t be back and I will not let my family and friends get anything done with this company.

$100 oil change and they wouldn’t even top off all my fluids. Wanted to charge extra for coolant and power steering fluid. Typically comes with the oil change. Thanks for trying to take advantage, I’ll never come back!

He was very hospitable and recommended me services that I didn’t know my car needed. He was very kind and very very helpful, definitely will be coming back!

Tyler was our oil change technician. Zero customer service, zero care for his professionalism that he offered, or lack there of. This experience was awful, nor did it instill trust. Zero questions were asked. I don’t even know if my fluids were topped off, nor an “upsell” for a new air filter, knowing I would have benefited from a new air filter replacement. I had to ask for my tires to be filled twice, as him obtaining payment before services were completed was more important. We paid $104, and had to remind him for our tires, he said, “oh ya” No lights nor blinkers were checked. Zero hospitality, conversation. Tyler instead was dismissive, estranged, and preferred to sing snippets of songs in a high pitched women’s voice versus engage with the customer. I was unimpressed. We had to ask for the mileage sticker that shows we had an oil check completed, and when the next one should be schedule vs him doing his job with care and detail and providing one. Again, zero customer service. This man did not enjoy his job and it showed. I did not trust my car with him and his “service”. For example, knowing a sensor went off for low tire pressure, having said tires filled, and this morning waking up to a flat tire. Valvoline is the same in-and-out experience. They ask all the right questions, same price, top off your fluids, ARE professional, and genuinely care. This place, never, EVER again

Needed emission test before I could get registration renewal. One place said 2 hour wait or come back tomorrow morning. Had gone to Oil Changers when I lived closer. Had me out in less than 30 minutes. Well worth the drive over. Will go to them from now on!

Oil Changers is excellent. It’s fast, everyone is friendly, they usually have some discounts available, and most importantly, I get the sense that what they’re recommending comes from a place of honesty, not just a hard sell. Such a great experience getting our oil changed. They even topped off our wiper fluid and replaced cabin filter. Saved me so much money compared to bringing my vehicle to the Honda dealership. Very professional and friendly as well. Thank you!
