Great place. Staff is friendly and helpful. However, pretty harsh on managments part to not provide some sort of heat in the work bays for their poor staff... those guys freeze their toes off in there.

Horrible experience. Do not go here if at all possible. I went to get my car serviced. When I picked up my car my gear shift cover plate was broken. I immediately notified the employee and he told me he would contact his manager. He came back to tell me he couldn’t do anything about it and that I would receive a call back after he spoke to his manager. I later received a call back from oil changers and they told me there was nothing they could do. I left my car and trusted this business to get my service done but get my car returned damaged. What else could they lie about. They don’t even take responsibility for what they did or compensate something. Untrustworthy and unreliable …never going here again.

I was greeted nice and fast and then they just left me there waiting. They kept, quite fast nicely, taking new cars, piling up the waiting line. After 30 ministers or so, I left. They even kept my car running outside.

You need to post your prices on your website. You sent me $20.00 coupons off of service, but how can I make an informed decision with no prices to compare? I had been going to Lube N Go for over 20 years until your company bought them out. Your prices at that time were double what the previous company charged.

Came in for a state inspection and was greeted nicely and fast. They took the suv and started checking the necessary points and was done quickly. They do a great job compared to other places where they try to sell other things and take a lot of time to do a service. Thank you for your service!

Incredible service!!! Female friendly!! I haven’t gone anywhere and felt like my car, and I, were taken care of. It wasn’t even my car and they walked me through everything and provided recommendations that weren’t just up charges. I felt a difference as soon as I left the parking lot. All of my VW’s will be going here. I always have problems with our VW’s and other mechanics, dealerships, and oil changers giving us a very hard time and i was prepared to have that conversation. But I didn’t have to. Women are so often taken advantage of when we take our cars places for anything but they were so kind, with Robert really standing out. His customer service and patience with me when I didn’t understand or couldn’t find something was incredible! His smile was infectious and I didn’t get the chance to read my book because he was walking me through every step and showing me how things can help my vehicle. They provide a wide variety of services beyond just oil changes I had no idea and the prices are more than fair. I work in a place with all women and we swap share and recommend places for car things and this location is headed to the top of the list. 10/10
