Been going there for years (since they were still lube n go) and I've never had a bad experience. No nonsense guys, always willing to put things into perspective for me, without pressuring me into unnecessary services. When I ask what needs to be done now and what can wait, they always take the time to explain why some things need to be done sooner rather than later. As a woman, I really appreciate them never taking advantage of something I'm not knowledgeable about. Real stand up guys and I always recommend them.

Shon (the store manager) and his team were so helpful today. They made my oil change and inspection so quick and easy. In other places I've waited HOURS. These guys took care of everything in MINUTES!!

Oil Changers at 11351 McCombs has never let me down. Shon, store manager has a great attitude, is respectful, explains what my vehicle needs are. His staff is a reflection of Shons’s work ethic as well. I’ve been to this location several times & I will continue to do so. Five star rating. Great job, all of you.

As soon as I pulled up Mr. Morales was quick to assist me and answer my questions. Hector Martinez was assisting me with my oil change showed me everything every step of the way. He changed the Cabin Air Filter and gave me a list of things completed on my car and what was needed. He did amazing and did everything quick. I Will be taking my truck here next and continue to go here in the future with my vehicles. Highly recommend it!! Ask for Hector Martinez to help you.

I like to come here all the time! fast and everyone is polite. They take their time to explain what’s being worked on and they follow up on maintenance needed on your car. Have never had a bad service yet and I’m a client of almost 2 years.

Really good with customer care. I went in for the new Tx state emissions inspection. Very professional, and I like their car checklist. They want to ensure I keep up with major components on my car. And I find that as a plus cause we all at times don't keep up with maintenance on our vehicles.

This place is notoriously busy so long wait times are common, but not today. In and out in under 45 minutes. The days of 39 minute service are gone however the guys working there are smart, professional, and clean.

I've been going to this location for years. Since before the name change. I love their attention to details and the level of customer service I receive here. Even while waiting, I'm kept updated on the progress of my vehicle.

The manager greets everyone very polite and professional as they come in. The entire staff is the same way. Once an oil change is done they show you your dip stick to ensure they filled it properly. They also look up vehicle history to let you know if there is any recommended services that should be done per manufacturer recommendations. Will continue going there with all 4 of my vehicles. Great group of employees and service!!!

This place is awesome when no body else would even bother to help me I went to this location because it’s where I always go get my oil changed and they checked my car and gave me great advise on where I could go get help . They other guys who claim free engine light checks couldn’t even be bothered .
