Friendly and professional. Gets relatively busy, which can delay walk-ups. But, that can be avoided with advanced notice. Interesting joint setup with a car wash. Better lobby setup than most, sometimes with free popcorn.

My wife just got back from getting the oil changed on a car of ours that is not quite ten years old. Based on the "age of the car" and the "darkness of the oil" they tried to sell her on more than $500 worth of services and products that we do not need. Fortunately she refused everything except the oil and an "oil cleaner" (that again we didn't need as our regular mechanic usually takes care of us). If you go here, make sure you know what you need before you go. We're not going back.

I gotten up early over holiday break to get my car inspected and tried two spots before finding Oil Changers open and ready to assist. They were professional and efficient, allowing me to knock out a critical item on my to-do list.

I went here for an oil change and I’m 100% sure they didn’t even do the oil change. My car is still saying I need one even after resetting it. They also charged me an extra $90 or something like that to clean out my coolant. I believe they also did not do that, really odd. Lastly, they lost the cap to my windshield washer fluid and I only found out after it ran out super quickly after receiving this service. I am inclined to believe that this location, its workers, and managers will take advantage of women and upsell you on things that are unneeded. They will give you a free car wash coupon though.

Awesome customer service! Bobby, my technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I got my oil changed in 10 minutes and he gave me a free car wash coupon. I will be coming back for future oil changes it was quick and easy!

Overpriced. Got charged for something when I asked them not to do it. Seriously, get a complete estimate before letting them start. Never going back.

1) they used a freshly used motor oil jug to fill my washer fluid causing it to stink like raw sewage. Took me an entire Sunday afternoon to take it all apart and clean out. Would have been thousands if I paid someone else to do it 2) They overtightened my oil filter housing, I could feel them jerking the whole truck while putting it back on; now theres “suddenly” an oil leak on my two year old truck which will take yet more time to fix, and also staining my freshly power-washed driveway. 3) They used an impact driver on my skid plates after cross threading the access hatch bolts. These are heavy aftermarket and cost thousands much less my time to instal. Now I have to drill out and re-thread them with a whole different thread than the rest of the truck takes. Again something that if I paid someone else to do, it would be exorbitantly expensive. I’m absolutely LIVID I’m sending corporate an invoice for many hours of my rare and valuable free time spent fixing what these completely inept & unsupervised entry level “technicians” did to my vehicle in about fifteen minutes. (((!!!STAY AWAY!!!)))

GREAT PLACE! Jacob, Bobby, and Craig are amazing! These guys know what they’re doing, they are also very knowledgeable about engines. They had me in and out, and were priced very well. I travel to Austin for work frequently and will continue to come back. They always get me set up before I get back on the road.

I like going here for 3 reasons: 1. I never have to make an appointment, they always get me in right away. 2. They give a military discount which I am able to take advantage of. 3. They have really nice area to relax while you wait.

I was a loyal customer to this location during the last ownership and was skeptical of new ownership. However, the reason I'm giving a 5 star review is because of some of the staff that stayed or were kept after the purchase. A few employees that come to mind immediately would be Tanya, Josh, Dalia, and Trisha. Thank you for always making me feel welcomed, but most of all, for making me feel like part of the family.

This place used to be better. I needed an oil change and a state inspection, and then I wanted a full detail after. I used to be able to just drop the car off with the keys, tell them what I wanted and then they would make it happen. I would come back in two hours and everything was done. Under the new ownership, I had to sit in my car for an hour and a half waiting for the oil change and inspection to be completed. Then I had to drive it around to get the full detail going. And while I was sitting in my car for an hour and a half getting the oil change and inspection, the four employees I saw only managed to complete ONE other vehicle. Even though both bays were full and there was a line. That said, the quality of the work was fine. And the detail was excellent.

Best oil change experience anywhere. I've been there 4 times now and each time is fast, affordable and pleasant. The free car wash is a huge plus too. Keep up the good work!

I went for an oil change and swear it did not happen— he never was near the oil cap to change my oil — took it to somewhere else same day plus my receipt said all sorts of things were checked including my wipers which were rated good and that’s absolutely not true because I purchased a new pair two weeks ago to replace my torn up wipers so again nothing probably checked except filling up the rain wash with water — used to be a great place to go before this company bought the location

Instantly try to charge as much as possible, if you don’t ask for cheaper oil options be prepared to be charged $100+ - they will not offer you any options or which oil you want before they start so ask early
