Absolutely love this place! I am on their recurring unlimited car wash membership, and they do a great job and are very friendly and helpful. Great prices! Love that they towel dry your car and don’t leave it to just the blowers. You can also add interior to your monthly membership. 10/10

Took my daughters car to get the oil change and they went above and beyond with the service. The new area GM was a great guy and takes pride in his store and his employees. I would recommend.

Best customer service the Manager Adamarie was very helpful and very patient and polite with me she took her time explaining everything that was wrong with my car and explained the service that could fix my problems I will continue coming here and referring people to this store

Definitely recommend this place. The staff was friendly and professional, their knowledge to all my questions were incredibly insightful. The manager Marie helped me understand the importance of keeping up these services for my vehicle.

I am down i austin for college and i usually have my dad help me out with my car. But i came to this oil changers and the store manager marie explained everything my car needed without making me feel dumb. Nicole is the one who did my oil change and they flushed my transmission which i really needed!! The complimentary windshield wash fluid was great! had no idea that had that! For sure gonna keep coming back while im out here for school!!

I just want to applaude the service department for their fast and great work. Everyone on the team was great. Nick, I believe was him name, was very informative and helpful and generally nice. He made me feel secure when handing over my vehicle to them for service.

I went and it was an awesome experience the manager was so polite and helpful, explained everything I needed. All the employees were professional, and they were fast I loved it. When I go down to Austin I will go again. Thumbs up big time to this store.

I'm always nervous having to handle car related situations on my own. It's always nice to be able to work with a group of individuals (including a manager) who is willing to go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met and your questions answered. A great group of individuals who are willing to go above and beyond for their customers no matter the circumstance. Thank you to Nicole, Nef, Nick and story manager, Marie for all you do to make this a stand out location.

Phenomenal service! They looked at my oil pan (quoted by my car's dealership as being a >$1000 fix) and immediately recognized that the gasket was missing - replaced it without charge, and the remainder of my oil change and complimentary car wash were phenomenal. Wonderful staff, very helpful!

This place is great! They were so kinda and helped me understand what I had wrong and what they are doing! They gave me great advice as well for when I go out of town and when I can come back for oil changes! I recommend going to their store!

Charged me over $100 for an oil change. Synthetic on a 2009 highlander. Double what anywhere else would charge. Nowhere on their website is a price listed. Avoid this place, they will charge you heavily.

I recently visited Oil Changers for the first time and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The manager, who I learned was brought in from El Paso to lead this location, personally came out to assist me, and it’s easy to see why. She was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and professional. She took the time to explain my options, including additional services, but never felt pushy or sales-driven. She was just informative and helpful. To top it off, she hooked me up with some free additives and even gave me a discount on my oil change. It’s clear she cares about customer satisfaction and ensuring everyone leaves feeling valued. This level of service sets the bar high, and I’m looking forward to coming back for my next oil change. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent service and a friendly, professional team!

I wanted to share what an incredible staff this Oil Changers has... especially the manager Marie. I never go by myself to get my oil changed, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to go and take my car by myself. I was very nervous, but as soon as I walked and was greeted immediately by the manager, her friendly smile and warm welcome made me begin to feel at ease. I explained to her that I wasn't used to doing this by myself and she helped walk me through the process and assured me that my car and I were in good hands. She clearly knows what she's doing, as I learned so much from just one conversation with her. I will definitely be coming back to this location for as long as possible!!!

The store manager, Adamarie, helped facilitate my oil change, changed my wiper blades, and fixed my air filter so fast. I’ve been going to this location for years and will remain a loyal customer. They also give you estimates of when recommended maintenance needs to be done on your vehicle which I have found extremely helpful.

I went to have my oil changed and upon arrival I was told I would have to provide my own oil filter because they were sold out. I said ok, I needed to get this done, where do I go to get one? The young man speaking to me was very friendly, and he told me where to go. I said ok, if I provide my own oil filter is that going to reduce the cost of the oil change? He said no, and he said he would ask his manager. The manager said I could get $2.00 off. This company regularly sends out coupons for $8+ and you only want to offer me $2.00 to provide my own oil filter? Did not exactly make sense so I left and came to Jiffy Lube. Now, I am not complaining about the customer service, no one was rude. But in situations like these, you may want to be more accommodating. You expect the customer to drive to an auto part store spend $7+ to provide materials for you to do your job and NOT want to offer more than $2 off?
