To be frank, I’m young and dumb, and bought a lemon. 6 months of driving around and it’s just issue after issue with this car. Being new to OH, I had no idea what to do or where to go. After a catastrophe at another shop, I was to the point where taking a loss seemed like the best option. THANK GOD I found Fred. I’ve been in twice, maybe 3 times now (thank u lemon car smh) and he has relieved all my car stress. Whether it’s a leak, squeak, or major repair he’s always honest, straightforward, and reliable. I leave with all my questions answered and no doubt that my car will be in good hands. Thank you a MILLION times to Fred, Joe and the rest of the crew !

We had a theft of our catalytic converter while at work at Fed-Ex near airport. Had vehicle towed to Ohio AutoCare on Old Courtright by Eastland (near our residence) They had us fixed the next day. Good rates and Good service. I have been there a few times since then for other Maintenance. I would Highly recommend their services. Thanks Fred - much appreciated. jc

I highly recommend this place to anyone. Fred n his workers are the absolute best there 100% honest n they will help n anyway if they can't do what your wanting ( they would recommend you what you should do next). My family n I have been coming to him for years nows. There not only honest but very sweet n kind. They all do there job amazing. 5 out of 5!

Terrible customer service… Fred don’t know what he’s doing he fix your car and do something else to it this is the second car with the same exact issue as the first car and he charge 300.00 . Whatever he is doing is killing the battery or causing other issues. I called him and tried to be professional but it got no where he don’t understand or take accountability of his work. 300.00 job last month and it’s December the same issue that should’ve been fixed is back and he will not fix it. This place is a scam and taking advantage of people. DO NOT GO HERE OR YOUR CAR WILL BE MESSED UP MORE !!!!!

I wanted to drive my car for a couple days after my oil change before I posted a review. My car is riding amazing! I have only went to Valvoline for my oil changes but I can confidently say I will be visiting Ohio Autocare for all my future car service needs. If you are looking for great service at wonderful prices this is the place for you! Thank you Mr. Fred ☺️!

I recently had my car serviced at Ohio Autocare. I was very pleased with their service. The staff was friendly and they provided great service at a great price. I will definitely go back to them if and when I need service again.

I will always recommend to everyone. They’re the only place that let me know what was wrong with my car, what they can help with and more.. i have been in bad crashes so my bumper was hanging they literally nailed my bumper down so i didnt have to worry about it falling back down without me asking… fred thats upfront always gave me some good deals and im so very thankful 😌 keep up the good work

My family and I have been coming to this shop for several years. I have had 3 vehicles' serviced here for both preventative maintenance, wear and tear, and actual repairs. Fred and his staff have always taken care of my family and I. The work has always been excellent and they stand by their work. My wife trusts Fred. Trust me that this alone carries weight. He has never suggested a repair we didn't need and in some cases steered us away from repairs because of the benefit verses cost. Most recently I had a need to replace my tires. As usual I was looking for the top end brands. Fred recommended a offshore competitor that he assured me would give me everything I was looking for at a tire and save hundreds of dollars in the process. In this case the savings was about $400 on a full set of tires plus including the alignment. The tires have performed better than expected. I waited a couple weeks to write this review because I wanted to see if the tires were what he said. Like every other recommendation from Fred and staff, this one was exactly what I needed. A great tire at almost half the cost. All I can say is, if you have a vehicle you plan to keep and do your routine maintenance, this is where you want to bring your vehicle. He will keep it running as long as you want to keep driving it.

They fixed my a/c and a few other things very knowledgeable, very professional told me exactly what I needed for my tahoe reasonably priced. My new mechanics.i live by Logan ohio and drove up to them will continue to use them for my car needs.i highly recommend.

Car air conditioners can be tricky because there's several different elements that have to work in harmony together. I don't know what these guys done, but it's so cold in my car now I seen a penguin walk across my dashboard.😁👍

Walked in not knowing a single thing about cars, walked out knowing alot more about cars then I thought I ever would and all my car problems fixed! Thank you Mr. Franks! 10/10 would recommend!
