Place is under new management and I can say it's better off. I went a while back and was told my shocks are fine and everything is good. I Go back under the new management I was called with updates and they found the issues with my shocks and pretty much took care of everything I wanted on top of it. Definitely a place worth trying out they went the extra mile for me and I appreciate them

Really bad experience, first they took 30 min to take my car into the shop to be work on, and stayed there for 3 hrs with out anything done to it. My tires had a lock and i didnt have the key for it, they i ask me if they could break them and i was ok with that, but the tech thay have doesnt have the experience to do that so they had to wait to buy the special tool for him. After 3 hrs of waiting i told them i had to go and get my son from school and told them i didnt want anything done, when they pull my car from the shop they parked it still in the shop and on top of that the teck went through my personal belongings with out any permission and leaving a mees in my vehicle. And at the end the rude frontdesk lady didnt apologise for anything of that. Worse tire place in el paso.

They didn’t mention the tire was at another location until I asked why it was taking so long ended up waiting 2 hours total; Poor communication from front desk Aldo who actually changed the tire had better costumer service & lighten up the situation for me.

This location is very helpful! Always answers all the questions needed and is open and honest about everything. Karen gives good input and great costumer service keeping customers in the loop at all times. Great team at this Location! Highly recommanded! Definatly Stop by and get Some RIMS and Tires!!!!

Came in to do tire check service. Technician really did not check tires and said all tires needed to be replaced. I found this to be odd and took vehicle to another tire shop where I was informed that only one tire needed to be replaced. They wanted to sell me four tires in a very high price when I said that I wanted to do a price check. They told me that they do not do price checks against Walmart. You aware of the shop.

Robert is absolutely fantastic. He not only provided me with excellent service but he was very courteous and respectful. He exhibited outstanding customer service. You need more like him working for you. I highly recommend Oasis due the service he provided to me today.

Will I'm at Oasis right now they are putting new tires on and fixing the studs cuz I had three bad studs on the two front tires and they're very nice here and they work with you I think this will be a place that I will come back again to I will let you know more after all the work I'm having them do is finished and in a day or two to see how it goes

Excellent customer service. Our delivery driver was treated very good while having a low tire issue. The tire pivot was replaced at no charge in no time.
