I'm writing this on behalf of my 74 yr. old mother, Carmen Amaro: I took my truck for an alignment. Spoke to Rito who said it would take 2 hrs. After 2 hrs, he said my truck did not need an alignment but instead needed tires and struts. I asked how much it would cost and he said 8 or $900 but he could help with financing and said 'let's check your credit and see if you qualify for a credit card'. Lady at the front counter asked for my license and SS# then stated my credit was good. Rito placed an estimate on the counter and said it would cost $1,554.09. I asked him if he was going to work on my truck at that moment, he said no, it was late and would take 4 hrs to do the job but to bring it back tomorrow. I did not return. A week later he called me to ask why I had not gone back for the tires and I told him the truck had been taken somewhere else. He said we had a contract, the credit card would be coming after me for payment and if I didn't pay the amount, it would ruin my credit. A week later, I received the credit card in the mail with a statement for $1,554.09. I called Synchrony, the credit card company and explained OASIS did not work on my truck and I did not sign anything. Synchrony agreed to look into disputing the charges for services and merchandise which were not provided. The dispute is pending. Unfortunately, I learned the difference between staff being friendly and staff being manipulative.

George was absolutely over the top with everything. He went well beyond what any person at any tire shop has ever gone for me. Even though the Alameda shop is out of my way, I will only go to Oasis tires on Alameda, especially as long as George is there.

I had a tire emergency this morning. I arrived before the store opened, as I arrived store manager approached me and asked if I needed help. I explained my situation and he was very understanding and asked me of I would like to wait inside the store. As soon as the other employees arrived he was quick to get my car into the service station and provided excellent customer service. Service was above and beyond. I am extremely satisfied with the service my vehicle obtained and most important the humanitarian customer service I received as a person as well as a customer.

Pesimooo …. Se portan de lo mas prepotente y contestan como si te fueran a regalar las llantas… no vuelvo a pedirles prosupuesto para nada …. Pero cuando te quieren vender las llantas y segun ellos darte promociones ahi estan hable y hable no dejan de molestar! Hace meses les compramos 4 llantas para nuestra troca y ahi estaban hablenos y hablenos y nosotros por que nos gustaba comprar las llantas ahi y nos daban mejor precio para que no las compramos en la otra llantera que hasta nos igualaban el precio y aparte se suponia que somos clientes y nos trataban bien y por preguntar por una llanta te tratan de la fregada … esperando un dia y medio para obtener un precio … yo creo ya no volvemos ahi….’ Que poco profesionales son y las las recepcionistas si no les gusta su trabajo de servicio a cliente no se que hacen ahi

Worse tire shop ever!!!! We came to get a tire patched and it took them over 30 minutes to let us know that it was not patchable. Then they proceed to tell us we need another tire. So we purchase another tire and it's still taking them more than 20 minutes to put the other one. They stand around and talk. They don't apologize for the inconvenience it has caused for us. This has hindered is from doing our job. Don't ever come here unless u want to be waiting for almost 2 hours.

This place offers the worst service available as well as warranty backup. The supervisors refuse to talk to you and settle a warranty dispute. A dispute which the same mechanics working for them are making it clear that the warranty should be valid. Awfull services, a total fraud

When I went in with a brake problem they were able to check my car with out an appointment I was so surprised about how quick and friendly service they have. I end up buying wheels and tires due to their large selection and friendly service. Way to go oasis tires team.

I once took my jeep for a balance I waited a hour once it was close to closing time they brought some “diagrams” said the alignment wouldnt do much I said go ahead, since I had already waited this long, apparently they didnt do anything, charged me went the next day down Alameda to another shop they did the alignment with a string and the death wobble was fixed bottom line bunch of con artist charge you and dont even do the work

Took my raptor to 2 different tire shops before going to Oasis & was trying to get a cheap deal but you pay what you get for. Valentino got me right & left my truck driving like it was brand new. Definitely going back if I ever need work done.
