Gail is always very polite and professional whenever I call or have any questions she never takes it personal and has no issues explaining the work that needs to be done and or causes/issues. The work is always done in a timely manner and I love the fact that most if not all of the services provided come with a warranty. I haven't met any of the mechanics but my vehicle after service has never had an issues with a missing screw or faulty part after their repairs. They also provide lender vehicles while service is being performed.

Worst customer service you could receive. Charges for diagnostics, you’ll be told multiple prices lmfao you can go across the street to get a diagnostic done for free. What they charged me for a diagnostic is what I paid at another mechanic for them to fix the problem… come on guys get it together.

i have been using this business for about 6 months . they are very professional, with a human touch. I am very satisfied with the treatment and service i receive. I have a small dealership and use them frequently and have referred others to them. i highly recommend them.

If you care about your car and car for the people riding in your car, take your car to Oakville Automotive. My car went through 3 mechanics hands and nobody could figure out the problem. These guys had me on the road the next day. Top notch automotive service with fair prices.

I can’t express how satisfied i am with the service i received from Gail and the technicians at Oakville Automotive. I took advantage of their loaner car and was able to still go to my other appointments while they replaced the starter on my truck. Cost of the work done was comparative to other shops in the area. Gail and Brad have been amazing the entire process. Very professional and friendly and I will recommend them to friends. Felt like they were on my side then were also patient while I was having issues with my bank funding my loan. They also gave me a 2 year 24k mile warranty on an engine replace

Called them Monday afternoon for an appt for complete brake work. (Pads, rotors etc) Dropped the car off on Tuesday morning and picked it up Tuesday afternoon. Great job on the brakes. Had the state inspection done while they had it also. PLUS they provided a loaner car. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks for the excellent service! Gary Solovic

I was satisfied with my experience of getting a tire replaced and one patched. Then I was told my car was due for $2,500 worth of repairs which included a transmission flush. After declining all of those suggestions I went back home to check my automotive records for the car. They tried to scam me for $250 on a transmission flush. I contacted a person named "Bill" that said it was a mistake and corrected. I thought that was convenient also considering they wanted to replace my axel because of an old boot that costs $20, but a new axel would be ~$1300. I've been working on cars for coming up on a decade with mechanics in my family. Highly recommend finding another local mechanic that is actually trust worthy. These people lost my business and anyone I can tell, "Go somewhere else".

I wish I could give zero stars, because that's exactly the service I received from this shop. I brought my car in for a disconnected hose on my coolant system. I could not access the hose to repair as it was located beneath the intake manifold. Prior to bringing the car in, I communicated to them the make and model of my vehicle and the problem. After checking the car, I was told that they could not work on foreign cars and charged a $102 "diagnostic charge" for what had taken me less than 2 minutes and a gallon of water to find. I wish they had just told me up front that they were not comfortable working on my car brand so that I could have taken it to a capable shop. Maybe these guys are okay for minor repairs like flat tires and oil changes, but I would not trust them with anything beyond that. After posting this review, I posted a similar one on Yelp and found that this business has numerous complaints for overcharging for diagnostic fees and not completing repairs. Best advise is to avoid this place altogether!!!

Van started overheating after botched oil change at dealer. Was told we needed a new engine. Didn't sound right so Oakville isolated to a bad thermostat which cost 7K less than a new engine. Another 10-star experience from these fine folks! Have had multiple oil changes and repairs completed since the last review and the service remains outstanding! Highly recommend this shop!
