Customer service is lacking at Oak Court Auto. John, who I spoke with multiple times, GUARANTEED me 100% that I had transmission problems. He was extremely condescending and rude on the phone. After I paid to get it towed again, I find out it’s just a bad battery and my transmission is completely fine.

I will defintely continue taking my car to Oak Court Auto for service. Mr. John and the service crew are very thorough and he made sure I knew what was going on and what my Nissan needed. They do excellent work. Thank you guys again for everything.

5 stars isn’t high enough for this place. They listened to every concern I had and even told me a few were non issues. If you want a mechanic that won’t try to upsell you on unneeded repairs this is your place! My car drives better now then it did off the showroom floor

Went off a few locals recommendation, not from the area and searched a few places before finding this shop. Great prices very fast on the repairs. Bonus that they are a AAA approved shop. Would highly recommend for anyone new to the area looking for someone to trust with your car

It’s rare to find an honest reliable auto repair shop located in my neighborhood, but Oak Court Auto is all that and more. I depend on the service and advice I get there. They were highly recommended by a friend whose opinions were sound,, and I’ve not been disappointed. I will not take my car to any other shop.

Oak Court is super! I sent my son in law there after another shop said he needed major repairs and John and Brett told him there was nothing wrong and did not charge him anything. My experience has been great too.

Routine synthetic oil change..They take early appts..In and out in 30 minutes..Free coffee and large waiting lounge..They topped off fluids and checked tire pressures..Service manager = John

I have heard good things through the years about John and Oak Court Auto. Since they moved into my neighborhood and my wife’s car needed service I thought I would try them out, but decided to check service reviews on line. When I met John I jokingly asked if he had AI generating his reviews as I have never seen so many glowing comments. Needless to say my experience matched the comments others made. Friendly, efficient, prompt and reasonable.

Oak Court Auto is amazing. They are incredibly knowledgeable and communicate clearly what is going on and how much the cost will be. They are trustworthy and I never feel like I’m getting ripped off. They also are efficient and get the work done in a very reasonable amount of time. I’m so grateful to have them around when I need help with my car.

It’s a shame when you go to a place of business seeking help and the employees don’t even give you the time of day. Thats what happened today. Not sure who was working but my partner was ignored and almost shooed off the property. He wanted assistance with a bolt on his tire, or even just some mechanical advice but was unable to even get that. Both people he spoke to said they couldn’t help without even hearing him out. Idk what the issue was, but it feels very racially motivated and with my partner being Latino and Black, it makes it that much more alarming and suspicious to think he could not get assistance. Very disappointed and upset to see this from a local business.
