Consistently Excellent Service! I have never had a negative situation with this business. even when my tire set had an issue that seems to be from manufacturing, I was able to come back and get kind service and the issue resolved quickly and without struggle! I have used this shop for years and always appreciate their outstanding service and honorable business practices.

Had to come back three times first time they forgot to install my tire sensors vehicle was shaking after the second time and the third time was still shaking after 75 had to take vehicle to different tire shop and they were able to fix my issue.

Huge thank you to Oak City Tires, I called earlier in the day to confirm stock, arrived at around 4pm and they immediately started working on getting my wheels replaced. Moises initially said that I wouldn't be able to have an alignment performed as it was close to 5, but Miguel said that he would be able to stay a bit later to get it all done for me to save another trip! Thank you again to everyone who helped me out today and got me on my way asap, I know who to recommend moving forward!

THE BEST HANDS DOWN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If i could give it 10 stars i would. April was so nice, the dude who got my the tires was so great. The price man, i tell you it feels great to pay for something and it be reasonably priced and not inflated like everything else. i will always and only use them, even with them being an hour away idc, i have a spare, ill make it. I cant give enough praise and kuddos, hats off, thank you

This is THE BEST place for used tires! Great "mom and pop" type shop. Everyone that works here is helpful and considerate, and they have gone above and beyond to help me out multiple times now. If you're looking for used (or new) tires, this is the place to go.

I had a great experience at Oak City. Moises listened to what I needed and help me find a great solution and a great set of used tires. They worked me in very quickly and in less than 30 minutes I was finished and driving away. Great prices and great service!

The only reason why I did not read them a one it because they have been helpful in the past. However, when trying to get a replacement tire for our Malibu, I don’t know if it was a tire or if they did not replace it but the same tire I wanted replaced still has a leak. And the only reason why I believe it wasn’t replaced is because I looked at the new tire. It looked like the old one. And the problem we occurred again not even three days later

They broke my brand new rims 3 months old sadly did not have insurance on these rims owner did not take responsibility and actually insisted on arguing instead and told me I broke the rim when it sat in my back seat for 28 days fully pumped but balled because I was broke doing DoorDash you could clearly see were the machine grabbed my rim and punctured it In 2 spots exactly where the holders meat for the tire circulator

I have to give them five stars, and nothing less. The service is very fast, they have great quality tires, and there’s no hassling with the price. It’s almost impossible for you to find Tires this cheap of good quality. I hate to use the word cheap, but I’m only referring to the price. There is no lack in Quality.

It’s near impossible to get quality service, fast and reliable work, and yet still at a competitive price. Oak city has flipped the script! Moises was professional and thorough and these guys just gave us incredible service! I can’t recommend this place enough and will be giving them our entire business from here on out.

Needed new tires after searching for the right company we found Oak City Tires! Couldn’t be happier. Been coming here for years now. Quality tires, fast service, and great prices. They have a wide range of tires in stock so you if you only need to replace one tire, you can match the tread wear pretty easily. Great local business - would highly recommend over other options in the area.
