I really wanted to post a positive review about this local business but unfortunately they don't seem to be concerned with having customers refer them to others. My 84 year old father rolled his car Sunday evening during the thunder storm while driving from Austin. The deputy chose to use Nunez for towing the vehicle but I don't know why. Here is what Nunez charged during my father's traumatic experience. -$50 less because I picked it up Thursday. I don't know where $1350 came from. Are you going to credit my account the difference? $140 Sir or Mam, are you going to honor the price you told me and credit my account $140? Worthless crooks!

Won't release your vehicle and will ignore your calls. Had to get cops involved. The man is also rude and just wants your money. I would not recommend this place. Terrible facility, management. Pretty sure the owner is doing some sketchy shit here. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE.

Read the (2 ⭐️ reviews) on Yelp before coming here and wasting your time and money. They damage cars more upon arrival for quote on quote “more money for parts and labor” rude and unprofessional. Don’t honor the warranty. And their employees are rude and disrespectful. They rob you of your money and leave your car undone. They damage more in the end on top of that.

If I could give this shop ZERO stars I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We went a few times to check on our vehicle and they had the windows down with a lot of dirt and debris inside our vehicle. . . And the keys to our vehicle were just left on the dashboard . . anyone could have stolen our vehicle! They don’t take care of your vehicle. And get mad when u bring it up to their attention. The staff is rude, they lie and say they will help you but turn on their word. They don’t care about their clients and they definitely don’t do a decent job. They said my vehicle would be done in 3-4 weeks but actually took them 3 months. With sensor lights still appearing and other issues. This place is truly trash. Don’t waste your time!

Gracias por el excelente trabajo, se tardo tiempo en estar lista pero la espera valió la pena. Mientras esperaba nos ayudó con un carro rentado, siempre fue antento y siempre atendió mis llamadas y las de mi esposo. Jamás batallamos para que nos contestará las llamadas. Excelente servicio.

Great Service at Núñez Collision Center I recently had the pleasure of working with Núñez Collision Center for some repairs on my car, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the owner made me feel like valued customer. The quality of the work done on my car exceeded my expectations and they were able to complete the repairs right away, which was a huge relief for me. I’m so grateful they are bilingual too! They explained everything to me and my dad, who only speaks Spanish. I didn’t have to translate anything! The staff at Núñez Collision Center made him feel included and valued as well. Overall, I highly recommend Núñez Collision Center to anyone in need of auto body repairs. They have definitely earned my trust and future business.

el peor body shop en el paso, 0 recomendacion, tengo un amigo que llevo su troca desde junio 22 y aun nada todavia la siguen pintando segun ellos, al dueño no le importa su negocio ni mucho menos el servicio al cliente, ya cobraron el cheque de la aseguranza desde septiembre y todavia se estan haciendo locos con la troca....

Amazing work! I couldn’t even tell there was ever any damage to my car. Everyone at the shop was very professional. I had a very bad experience..they painted my bumper but did not fix it the correct way its still moving out of place..very bad paint job .I' took it to another shop .I have to pay them to get it fixed..horrible body work ..very unprofessional..just wanted to make extra money..very Very shady..my car was in their for almost 2 months..I would never recommend this body shop..sorry.

Worst place ever people stay away from Nunez body shop they don't know how insurance works they have no knowledge on what there doing took them a whole month to file a supplement worst place ever and couldn't get my car it took them 4 months and work was horrible!!!
