Awesome shop. The guys are super friendly. They were able to change my oil with no notice AND they removed my super stripped/rusted/seized license plate screws and didn’t charge me any extra for the hassle. I’ll be coming here more often for sure.

My car had only a very minor issue (which I figured out in another auto center): The screw of the battery was loose, which was the cause of my car problem (no start). But as I visited them first they came up with a theory and told me that I had to change a crucial part of my car, and they asked nearly 1 thousand bucks for that! Either they are dishonest or inexperienced.

The experience was great! This was the only shop who could guarantee they'd be able to work on my car on Monday and they were finished way before I thought they would be done! They were also one of a few shops who would even give me an estimate over the phone and the actual price was only 60 cents over their estimate! My brother is a mechanic (he wasn't in town when this happened) and he looked at their fix (they fixed rusted brake lines) and said it was better than he could've done! Great place!

The only reason I used this below-average looking repair shop to begin with is because of convenience, as the building is right next to my apartment. I was told that they charge a flat rate of $90 for labor/hour, and even if the process only took 15 minutes I would be charged the $90. It was a simple installation of a part WHICH I PROVIDED TO THEM, and they said they would only allow me to pay cash for this transaction because "they get screwed over with credit card fees." A few weeks later a friend went to the same place to get her tail light replaced, for which she was charged only $17.50 (of which $12.50 was charged to labor expense, despite the supposed $90 cost) AND allowed to pay with a credit card. Obviously, they just wanted to make a quick $90 off of me without putting it on their books, which is why they required that I pay cash. They take advantage of their customers, and in my case they flat out lied to me. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this place, as they are dishonest and unethical.

Staff is always approachable and respectful. They've consistently been thorough when diagnosing an issue with my vehicle, and get the job done quickly. Have had electrical issues repaired, engine misfires, brake work performed there for a few different vehicles.

I had an alternator/battery light come on and I work near Nuelle's so I ran by there to have them check it out, Jeff was quick and competent, diagnosed the issue (marginal battery, it's at the end of its life), and resolved my problem very quickly! Excellent service.
