Exceptional service. Quick. Affordable. Done right. I scheduled my appointment and a day later they were at my desired repair location. It took 30 minutes for them to replace two front brake pads/rotors. Don’t waste your time at a repair shop. NU Brakes is the way to go! Thank you Joseph!

I had a appt scheduled for sat between 12 and 5. I rearranged my day to accommodate them. They texted me and told me to keep my phone closed by for when they called to let me know they were coming. I received a text around 2 and was told they had a emergency and wouldn't make it. I think a phone call would have been more professional at least we could have told and rescheduled for another day. They never made contact with me again . I felt it was their screw up and I shouldn't have to call them again. I'm taking my truck to a mechanic shop and have them repair my brakes.i can't see how this place got good reviews I wouldn't ever consider using them and I will let other people I know to steer clear of this place.

I'm going to have to leave a 1 star because after getting a new brakes in Nov 2023 I had to warranty the brakes in Jan 2024. Now my brakes are grinding again on Dec 27, 2024, and this company is making excuses about helping out with my issue again, which are brake pads and rotors that Nu Brakes get the parts themselves.

The technician did an excellent job servicing my 2020 Nissan Rogue. He checked the battery and brake fluid, and found no problems. He replaced the brake pads, then took the vehicle for a test drive. Then I drove the vehicle. The brakes performed perfectly! Thanks again! David D.

So happy I went with NuBrakes! The entire process was simple and straightforward, from requesting a quote to having the work done. No upselling, no runaround. Just honest customer service. Joseph was my mechanic & he was fantastic! Showed up on time, was very kind and knowledgeable, inspected the car, explained what needed work vs. what was unnecessary, and had the job done in under 40 minutes for a great price. It's like having a new car. I'd recommend NuBrakes to anyone, but especially those who don't have the time/schedule to take their car to the shop. 10/10.
