NuBrakes was great and gave me a fair price to replace my brake pads! A quote from a local auto shop was over 1k, and my car's dealership charged that and an additional fee to store my car for 48 hours. The technician who fixed my brake pads, Brandon, was on time, nice, and had my car fixed in less than 30 minutes! I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Brandon was very professional and courteous, I am very happy that i found nubrakes on google, Mavis tires tried to upsell even when i could see my break rotors was fine. Brandon just changes and break pads and explained about parts in detail. I am very happy with the service.

Technician arrived within the appointment window, let me know when he was on his way and when he arrived. He inspected my car and gave me recommendations on service while also comparing prices for me so I knew exactly how much everything would cost. He got started right away and was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this service! Also it was quite affordable, especially since they drove to where I was instead of trying to get in at the dealership. 10/10

My technician Josh in Atlanta was great! I was able to be serviced right outside my apartment on a side street and he was in and out within 30 minutes. He was able to detect a misdiagnosis I had received from a smaller car shop and had the parts to fix the correct issue. This was my first experience with this company and I highly recommend them! It was so convenient not having to coordinate dropping your car off at the shop and he came in the scheduled time frame.

Was told by a Precision Auto Mechanic that I needed new rear brakes and it would be $580… And I was a loyal customer! The NuBrakes tech Josh, came to my house and explained everything to me and ended up showing me that I didn’t need new brakes. My car was making a rubbing/hissing sound. Jonathan came out and diagnosed that it was not a brake issue and was able to make a quick adjustment to stop the noise. Great guy, great company!!

I called trying to have my car serviced while on vacation only to be told that because my car is a v8 they have to use “performance brakes” which raised the price over 100$. The v8 and v6 cars have the exact same brake parts they just force you to buy their “performance brakes”. This place is a racket.
