Had an appt for a phone call (after trying 2 days to get customer service) for 6:00 pm, it is currently 7:34 pm, no phone call . Pathetic “customer” service

Arrived at 0845 for 0930 appt. Didn't start unloading me until almost 1200. 1236 tires loaded all the way to the doors. Only reason a took this load was because it was the only thing available back home and I live in southeast Alabama which is just over 3 hrs from here. Won't me doing any more tire loads. Thats for sure even if it's drop and hook because the first one was drop and hook and still have to wait 4 hrs for them to finish unloading another trailer so I could leave mt. This wasn't at this location. That was somewhere in Massachusetts on other side of RI. I'll update when they are done. Finished about 1730

Good people. Plenty of room for backing. No overnight parking. Maybe take a little longer for floor loads.

My, experience with NTW as of yesterday August 17, 2021 I went in the center point location to get a tire balance and rotation on my tires. I am so disappointed that I did not receive my rotation, I sit there for about 35 minutes. They returned my Truck the tires had not been changed at all 😢 I spoke with the manager and he said that if the tires were wearing out evenly they don’t have to be rotated. I’ve never heard anything like this before. Today I will go to another location to see what they are saying, I will never send anyone to that LOCATION never.
