I usually go to Discount Tire, but due to their construction and wanting to wait for services, I decided to try NTB next door. I was able to get my vehicle serviced almost immediately, which was a pleasant surprise. The new gentleman in training was very personable and made the experience even better. I’ll strongly consider NTB for my next set of new tires!

They got me in and out 2 hours before they said they could they genuinely care about your time and were very friendly despite being understaffed. Just came back for another issue with my car once again amazing customer service and top of the line work Jeremy and TA kept great while I was waiting for my car and we’re very genuine guys. Highly recommend

This was a God send! I went out to a flat tire, put air in it so i'd be ready to leave for an event the next morning. Drove 1 block and the tire alarm went off. NTB found a nail in my tire, repaired it quickly and git me on the road. Thanks for outstanding service and conversation ehile waiting! 5 STARS!!!

Dropped in because Discount Tire next door was closed which I have historically used. I came in and was taken care of quickly and easily. William at the front was a joy to come into in my dire situation. Highly recommend them and Discount Tire will need to earn me back. 👍

Took my car in for an issue with a flat and some broken wheel studs, super transparent with everything they did and really quick service, came back a few days later for help with a new tire and again they were super quick and communicative with their services, Josh was extremely helpful throughout both of my experiences, as were the entire rest of the team here. I would 100% come back to this location.

I was involved in a little fender bender that might’ve impacted my wheels on a road trip out west. Will and Joshua were able to squeeze me in last minute and do a thorough inspection to give me the greenlight to continue. They are courteous and professional and I would definitely recommend my family going there.

Went in to replace my tires. They noticed my breaks needed replacing. Brought me onto the floor and showed me directly what was wrong. William helped worked with me on the price, and ended up saving me a few hundred dollars for replacing my breaks.
