Had a tire leaking air really bad. The staff were super friendly and quickly figured out that there was a bead leak. They fixed the problem and had me back on the road in no time. Definitely recommend.

The entire staff at NTB are courteous, and incredibly responsive. In both of my last two visits, I found their work to be thorough. They did not charge me for replacing a valve, or for troubleshooting a knocking sound that turned out to be caused by aged shocks. Both times as well, they began the process by coming out to the parking lot and doing preliminary diagnostics on the spot. They provided detailed explanation for every thing they found and were enthusiastic to show me where on the issues were. They provided upfront cost estimates and never pressured me to spend more money than was absolutely necessary. I highly recommend this team!

Took my vehicle in for alignment services after being told at another shop that it couldn't be done. The mechanics at the other shop suggested that i purchase a part needed in order for them to do their job. The following day i researched shops in the area and found NTB 4570. Wayne, Ian, Hassan and Robert took care of me! They actually put forth the extra effort to do the job and i have never felt so satisfied as a customer in a long time. From the initial conversation on the phone to the time i walked out the door i received EXCELLENT service! Both Wayne and Ian took time to talk to me and listen. I really appreciate that as it is rare these days because it's all about the money and damn what the customer thinks. Thank you NTB 4570!!!

Our local weather to a severe cold snap and all 4 of my tire's pressure went dangerously low. I stopped in and Ian took care of me right away and got me on my way! When the time comes for new tires, I'll be going back to see him.

Quality service in a timely manner is exactly what you can expect from this auto shop. I ran over a bad pothole on a Sunday afternoon and knew I needed an alignment quickly. The manager, Wayne, was able to get my vehicle serviced right away and even had time for an overdue oil change. I’m really happy with my experience and will definitely be visiting again for future service.

The guys there are so friendly and knowledgeable. They notify on every step of your cars needs. This was my first visit and they now my go to for maintaining my cars needs. They are even open on Sunday’s. I would recommend them to everyone.

Don't waste your time here. Don't make appointments with them either. They do not honor them. Appt at 12. At 12:40 still waiting and then see a car that got here after get pulled in. Save yourself a headache and just go to discount tire.

I had a great experience with the work done on my vehicle. I spoke with Caleb (awesome outgoing guy) the manager. Huasn (top notched experienced guy)performed the mechanical work. Adam(knowledgeable experienced guy)another mechanic who also helped with assisting with the job. I came in to get my Cadillac tire rods both inner/outer replace, 4wheel tire alignment, and to replaced my steering fluid line. Lastly they replace one of my two front tires and put air in the other one that didn't need replacing. I've been having issues with my front two tires going flat and they were able to get my Caddy all fixed up. I'm glad I was referred to visit this location. I also meet other coworkers who shared some great knowledge about my vehicle Ian and Paul. Thank you NTB Amazing team work everyone! I will refer others to visit your location.

I've been to this location for a couple issues with my '09 Mini Cooper S, and every time I've felt taken care of, I've felt listened to, and I've felt like I was handing my car off to folks familiar with the peculiarities of my Mini. Recently I had my front brake pads, rotors, and a wheel bearing replaced, and was very pleased with the staff's willingness to answer my questions, their speed in getting the job done, and the price of the job. This review is coming two or so weeks after the work was done, and my car feels dramatically different and that's thanks to the attentive work of the fine folks here. Thank you guys! -Josh

Terrible Today !!! My first time here back in July was a fabulous experience, John the manager and John the tech were great. TODAY'S visit 12/20/2024, please explain WHY it took 3 hours to rotate tires AND they broke off 2 lug nut covers which they DID NOT replace but charged me $15. I will not return for ANY service!!!!!
