I arrived a few minutes early to my appointment that was at 11 am and was out before it even hit 11!!! I absolutely love NTB services! Keep up the great work. The receptionist and mechanic were very helpful and nice! I would recommend their services!!

I have been coming to NTB for the past 5 years for my oil changes. During my recent visit Antoné informed me that my car had been taking the wrong oil, he was very helpful in educating and explaining what my car would need. As frustrated as I was to know everything I once knew was wrong I’m glad I was able to be assisted to know what is needed for my future visits!

On 16Jan2025, I noticed a bubble in my front passenger tire. I decided to take my vehicle to NTB altough it was kind of late in the day. Upon arrival, the manager took a look at my vehicle and my vehicle was serviced. I was qouted a competitive price and my tire was replaced without a hitch.

I went in for a simple oil change, but to my surprise I was offered a tire rotation. They really took care of me. The service manager name was Chank. It's a name I can't forget. He was awesome! He delivered above and beyond customer service. He walked me around my and gave his insight on possible things to come. It really felt like I was in a commercial. Thanks again Chank!

Found a nail in my tire wall on Christmas Eve 2024 ahead of some major travel. Popped in last minute and these guys immediately jumped on it. My son was thrilled to be at the shop, and got to watch all of the work being done through the large window in the waiting room. In and out in about 20 minutes and my 3 year old was given a balloon, a keychain, and a cookie (and got to watch The Santa Claus while we waited). 10/10 will go here every time.

Chank and his crew have done it again! They provided me with the most professional and quick service I've experienced in a long time. I was thrilled to see Chank back at the shop! Just before Thanksgiving, my daughter-in-law and I were out shopping when I realized my rear tire was flat. After adding some air, I managed to get to NTB. Nya, the assistant manager, quickly assessed my tire and informed me that I had not one, but TWO nails in it, making it unrepairable. Chank and his team went above and beyond by ordering a new tire, changing my oil, and inspecting my car—all before we left for the Thanksgiving holiday. I would 1000% recommend Chank, Nya and Antone at NTB on Brook Road for their exceptional service and commitment to their customers. Thank you, Chank and team!
